Good product
This was my first foray into a smart thermostat. This one was relatively easy to install after a couple chats with customer service. Amateur Tip - They recommend you take a photo of the wiring BEFORE disconnecting. I did it an was really glad I did, so don't skip that step. The customer service is very good. The app is easy to install and connect to the thermostat as is connecting the nest remote thermostat. So far, it has been working flawlessly and would recommend this product.

Bad experience
The thermostat does not work. Apparently the Wifi chip is defective, a problem that other users had. I did not claim the guarantee because I do not live in the USA and it is more expensive to return it than to buy another one.

Buyer Beware!
I bought this Themonstat after checking on Nest to make sure it was compatible with my brand new furnace. Based on their online compatibility tool this was supposed to work fine with my wiring. However, after installing the Thermostat I got the infamous E195 code saying that it was not detecting voltage on the Red wire. I checked multiple articles on this issue and could not get it work correctly. After that I reached out to Nest Support and got no response. Turns out that many people experience problems with the Nest Thermostats if their system does not have a "C" or Common wire installed even when Nest says it is compatible. I ended up returning the thermostat and going with a different brand that actually works! If you want a Smart Thermostat look at the Ecobee models. They come with everything needed to install them if you do not have the required "C" wire. Very disappointed with Nest!!

Weak marketing documentation/great product
The product works actually better than advertised. They could probably do a better job explaining all of the thermostat's capabilities in the marketing materials but it works at least as well as promised. Although you can't get 2 thermostats to work in tandem, you can schedule them around each other in order to save on demand charges if your electric bill is structured in that manner.
