Book came really grubby and scuffed up!!! So don’t buy if it’s a gift.

I bought this book to keep my 19 month old son occupied on the airplane. It was perfect! The size is great for sticking into a diaper bag, the tabs are easy for little fingers to manipulate, and there are pictures of all the "essential" transportation vehicles-- planes, trains, tractors, a bus, fire truck. The amount of police items seemed a little excessive compared to the rest (horse, boat, surveillance truck, etc), but maybe that's what fit best on the page? My son was happy with it all, so no biggie. Now that we're back from our trip, I put the book in my son's crib, and he enjoys reading and rereading it when he wakes up from a nap.

We love the "My First" books by Joanna Bicknell! The Animals one is also a great book for kids! The Things That Go book is a smaller board book, which is the perfect size for a diaper bag, stroller, or car seat. My son is 2 and still enjoys looking at this book. Be prepared to read this one over and over!This would be a great add-on to a baby shower or new baby gift.

2 YEAR OLD GRANDSON LOVES ANYTHING THAT GOES AND HAS SOUND EFFECTS FOR MOST OF THEM. ONE OF HIS FAVORITE BOOKS

Any child who loves things that go will like this book. My great grandson really enjoys it. I would buy this for another child if the occasion comes up because it is such a good book for toddlers.
