Single Diploma/Document Frame for 17" wide x 14" Tall Diploma

After looking everywhere for a 9x7” frame locally I went online to find something. Locally and online I would have needed to get a custom frame made for upwards of $60! I’m not sure why this is so hard to find when my college gave me my certificate this size. I was so glad to find something here. It was still a bit more than I wanted to spend as I didn’t need anything fancy, it’s just going in a cubicle so plastic would have been fine. For the cheapest frame this size I could find I’m shocked at the amazing quality of this frame! The wood is heavy, with brilliant color. Thick glass with a thick foam backing (not just a piece of cardboard or paper) and what appears to be a brass hanger on the back. The plastic/rubber wall protectors on the back are a nice touch too so you don’t scratch up your latex wall paint too much. The price I paid for this great quality frame that is MADE IN USA is a bargain. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I get my degree in the future!

Got it after a week's delay in shipping only to need to go through the hassle of returning it again. Didn't even need to unwrap it. The corners (which are most prone to damage) are not wrapped. All 4 corners have damage and not sure if it's the glue or the wood they're using but it's pinkish on the inside where the top layer chipped away which stands out against the dark mahagony. Plus, the work itself was horrible. The panels don't even line up which gives it a lopsided and uneven appearance. Not worth the money, time, and effort I've wasted on this product.

I ordered three different frames of specific sizes, all three came in wrong sizes, off by 0.5 to 1.5 inches on each side. It looks pretty, and has the potential to be a worthwhile inexpensive option...but sizing issues and easily peeled veneer are disappointing.UPDATE: Seller contacted me and promised to make things right. Just received three frames at no additional expense to me, all in perfect sizes. The veneer on these also is pristine, so they look pretty nice on the wall. 4 stars since there was an initial issue which cost me a couple of weeks of having the wrong size frames, but seller is reliable.

The frame arrived in a large box with multiple wrappings of large bubble wrap. Fit and finish we’re good and my diploma fit perfectly.The only cautionary note is that the finish is not very durable. During handling, I accidentally scratched a corner with my fingernail and a bit of the paint came off.

I received two other, much more expensive diploma frames as a gift, but I wanted to save a little money on the third, so I ordered this one. It looks fine on the wall, and overall I'm satisfied with it for the price, but the quality difference from the other frames is real and noticeable on closer examination. Good for a less important document, but spend the money for the better one for important ones.

Unfortunately, the reviews were correct. The frames have scratches, dents, and aren’t aligned too great. Also, in person it looks like plastic and not wood. Overall, the quality die not match the price. Way overpriced for the damaged product. However, this is the only company with this size frame without having to remove pieces.

I reordered this item as my other daughter saw her sister's diploma framed in it and wanted one for her own. The last one had some raw wood showing in the corners which I quickly fixed with a Sharpie but this one was perfect. Thank you!!
