I bought this pressure cooker after debating about it for a while. I'd been using the Presto cooker for absolutely years and liked it well enough. But this cooker is a game-changer. I bought the 10 qt and it's just big and fabulous! I can cook soups and pot roasts--any type of meat really. It is so versatile. This is also big enough for those who like to can. I've never done that before, but I can see how it would easily adapt. I just love it. The cooker is super shiny, heavy stainless steel, and washes great. I wash mine by hand because I don't want to ruin the beautiful finish. I spray the interior with Pam so I've never had baked on foods. It washes up easily and is ready for the next meal. A great addition to any kitchen!

Perfect for a pressure cooker. Hate the whole instapot thing. Also very good with canning.

I've owned my Zavor stovetop 10 qt. for about one month now and I really love it. The size is perfect for our family of 4.....nice and roomy, but not too unwieldy. So far I've used it to pressure cook 'Italian Sunday Gravy', pot roasts, and veggies such as potatoes, carrots, broccoli, rutabagas, etc.... and it is working wonderful for us. Having never owned a pressure cooker before, there was a little trial and error to overcome with the first few uses, but now that I know what I'm doing and what kind of hiss/steam to look for when at full pressure, and what temp to turn my stove down to maintain it, all is going well. I wish I had bought this a long time ago.

doesn't keep pressure. i just put on stove and soon as food start boiling steam went out on side like i use regular lid on stew pan. do not buy i contacted Amazon and Seller. They send me UPS labels to send lid back. In a week i get new lid. No problems after Upgrade to 4 stars

I bought this to replace my old pressure cooker because the locking mechanism had failed. This pressure cooker has redesigned what had failed on my previous one and it is even better. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it.

I always buy the biggest possible sizes because I like to cook big batches. It's neatly designed, works really well, holds the pressure even on medium low heat and is easy to use with the safety mechanism. I also have the option to pressure can in this 👍 from me

This is actually the first time writing a review, and unfortunately it’s not pleasant one. I was so excited when I first got what I wanted for so long, but sadly it wasn’t what I expected. At the beginning I thought I was closing it in a wrong way, but I was not. It hasn’t been a Month after buying it and started using it, and just find out that it’s turned to be the worst purchase ever. I expended $150 for absolutely nothing. It’s constantly leaking and because of that it’s impossible to cook my meals as expected. The hard meals actually get cooked the same time as it’s in a regular pot. I’m so disappointed with this purchase, and of course even more because they’re not going to give me a refund, or do anything to replace it.

I needed a larger cooker for pot roasts, and this fit the bill perfectly. Comes with some handy accessories for steaming veggies. The lid is effectively locked once the pressure is high enough. The only slight negative is the pressure regulation…you can set High or Low, but then you have to assess whether the venting is smooth and steady, or uneven and spitting water, but it always spits a little, so it’s a bit subjective. A more positive indication (yellow=low, green=good, red=high) would be even better. Still, it’s a great cooker!
