WubbaNubs are perfect add-on for decorating a baby shower gift
WubbaNubs are perfect add-on for decorating a baby shower gift. They are cute and vibrant, lots to choose from. Wash in one of those bra laundry bags and air dry, holds up great. This was a gift for a dragon themed baby boy shower, but they come in handy with young babies because you can tuck the animal into blanket or sleep sack or swing lap strap to keep the paci from slipping out of their mouth. We have several. Keep in mind though most daycares consider this a stuffed animal, and state regs. forbid it going in crib with child (SIDS rules), so you have to buy separate Soothhie paci without critter. We use the WubbaNub in crib at night and I am not worried. Sometimes the regulations are a bit over the top. Since pacifiers help to reduce SIDS risk, and our daughter kept spitting regular ones out, I consider this better than no paci with respect to that.

Perfect gift for a newborn baby
My sister didn't know the sex of her first child and neither did I. Based on reviews, I thought about getting a gender neutral gift and decided on the little blue dragon pacifier by Wubbanub.Boy or girl at this age what does the color of a stuffed animal mean? The baby was born, a girl the day before Thanksgiving. At two days old she was already using the Wubbanub pacifier I got her.Almost two weeks old now in between feedings she's gripping the dragon, holding it in place and seems to just love it! She's very calm and comfortable with her baby blue dragon Wubbanub. My sister as well loves the Wubbanub. On the outer part of the pacifier is an indentation for your finger to keep the nipple in place. It makes her life easier and her baby enjoys it thoroughly. Great gift, soft, cute and any color, any animal is good for any newborn in my opinion. I'll be ordering another one. Definitely recommend!

My son loves his Woot!
This little buddy is my son's favorite sleeping companion. It has been proven that sleeping with a pacifier is safer for small children. It also is something to keep him company as he falls asleep. The only problem is that he loves these things so much that we are having to ween him off of them now that he is older haha. These things are more durable than you think. The plush animals are soft and just the right side. The pacifier itself is a good ergonomic shape. The one weak point in the construction is where the pacifier connects to the stuffed animal. We are on our third Woot so far ;) Not too bad for average of one a year.I would recommend this to anyone as a favorite child item.

Cutest pacifier ever
These is perfect! I love the stuffed animal attached to it. It gives a little weight so it doesn’t pop out of the babies mouth as easily.

Saved my sanity. My new go-to gift for new moms
I'm so disappointed I didn't have these for my first two babies. With the first two I used the NUK binks with a strap that attached to the shirt. With my third, I used the soothies from day one, but they were always getting dropped behind the crib and around the house and as a mom of three I was always freaking out when I couldn't find a binky. Especially in the dark at night, I was blindly searching in the crib for one of the binks that I couldn't see. I ended up buy a pack of 6 just so I wouldn't lose my mind.THEN, I made the best decision ever by getting the Wubbanub. We never lose this thing. And I use the Halo sleep sack at night, leave his arms out and tuck it into the front wrap part so that it stays right in front of his face all night. See photo. We bring it everywhere. Its so easy to hold and transfer from hand to hand, and easy to find in the diaper bag. And I always have a regular soothie in my purse or diaper bag as a backup.Actually I just bought the polkadot giraffe and the red lion for two friends as baby gifts when I visited them at the hospital or soon after.UPDATE AUGUST 2017: My boy is 20 months old now and he still carries his WUBBANUBS around. The binky on this blue dino fell off after about 5 or 6 months, but I just took a separate detached soothie and a hair rubberband and attached the binky to the stuffed dino. He has another lion WUBBANUB as a backup. He carries these both around.

Not perfect but definitely helpful!
My son ALWAYS drops his pacifier. This definitely helps with that. He does still drop it and then the crying ensues, however, those incidents are less frequent with the wubbanub. The dinosaur is adorable and he loves holding on to it while he sucks. He’s only 8 weeks old, so holding it is incidental, but he still does it frequently. It’s been a big help and saved me from washing pacifiers every five minutes.
