I suffered from severe cramps for decades. Hot water bottles leaked and caused burns on my belly. At last I discovered this wonderful product and have been using it for years. Simply microwave on high for a couple minutes and snuggle up. I like to roll it in a flannel pillowcase and take it with me when I go to sleep. Even my son knows that "my warmie" is mine, just as his "lambie" is his :) I recommend the soft floral fabric. Although I've very rarely washed the cover, one will last me many years before needing to be replaced, and I use it every single night, and even in the day, as needed. I LOVE this product! They make perfect gifts for the lady who has everything she needs.

This heating pack was great! At 66 y.o., I broke my arm. When it came time for physical therapy, they suggested warming the area before stretching. The pack is large and flexible so I was able to wrap it around my arm. I was amazed and thankful with the help of the heat in regaining almost 100% of my range of motion. Thank you very much!Update: This is the second Hot Pockets that I have purchased. The first was so helpful that I ordered another and sent it to my niece. She suffers with severe endometriosis and is in near-constant pain. When the heating pack arrived, she wrote to say that she loved it and it felt like a small puppy curled up with her.

This is not my first Warm-A-Body and won't be my last! It heats up easily in microwave and is great for those chilly evenings...I put it under the bed covers while I brush my teeth and bed is warmed up when I'm ready to turn in...place it on my stomach or cold feet. This is also a wonderful warmer to those confined to a wheelchair...put in lap and warms tummy, upper legs & chilly hands Shape is very flexible and outer cover is easy to remove & wash.

My husband use to have to run his hands under hot water but this Hot pocket is better. Just throw in microwave and comes out nice and hot. Be sure you read the directions on how long to leave it. It may vary with every microwave. We absolutely love it and we are going to order another one because we both want to use it at the same time. It is good for all aches and pains or just to warm your hands and feet. LOVE IT!

I bought this to alleviate pain in my neck and shoulders. It stays warm for long periods of time and does take away pain in the intended areas. I wish it was a little softer and lighter and fit snuggly around my neck and shoulders. Besides that, it’s a good thing to own if you want to relieve pain or stay warm on cold nights.

I already had the smaller heat back but when my old (Bed Buddy) broke, I knew I needed another heat back so I wanted to go with something I knew would work and last. I have never had one this style, but it's perfect for curling around my feet when I get into bed. I put it in for 2 minutes, then 1 minute more, and it's not too hot with my two pairs of socks (!) but it does keep my feet warm. I wouldn't use it without socks, but with socks, it's great. Serves the purpose, and I already love the quality and that it is washable!

My feet are always cold, I love this under the covers and I can go to sleep with warm feet. I have one I bought a while ago but cover is not washable. I use it a lot so it got pretty bad , so this one I can keep clean. Will order a second one soon as a spare

You can buy microwaveable bags lots of places, but trust me...the shape of these "Warm-a-Body" bags is awesome! It conforms to whatever shape you need. We use them for lower back in a chair and also to cozy up in a cold bed. They used to have a huge choice of covers and I wish they'd bring back that selection. But the shape is unchanged and we love it.
