Just what I was looking for, a exercise poster for work out and stretching challenged people like me.

Not Laminated
This is NOT laminated as stated in the description. I will be returning as at this price I could have gotten something much nicer. Just thick paper. Very disappointing.

Lacking in quality!
Description says laminated but it is not. Had to take to office supply for lamination. More money. Also spelling error. “Strait” is incorrect. SB “straight”. Poor editing.

NOT LAMINATED AS ADVERTISED
It is good for a basics poster; however, there are issues.- It is not laminated as advertised so it is extremely difficult to keep it from rolling back up and because of that it tears easily. Because of that it is not easily functional like it should be.

Nkt worth the money for this poster.
This is not a good value. It is printed on poster stock but is hard to read and the illustrations are poorly done. The information is useful and I had planned on buying several, until I got one. disappointed
