Crescent 1/2" Drive 12 Point Standard Metric Socket 19mm - CDS79N

I purchased a used car with wheel locks on it. Foolish me when I looked the car over THOUGHT I saw the key in the trunk because the bag was there and when I glanced in it I saw the what looked like the key (surprise, it was.. and it was broken). After trying a few things on my own (Vise Grips anyone?) I stumbled across the method of just using a 19mm (or 21 depending on the size of your lock), a hammer, and more swearing than was strictly needed. These sockets did the job perfectly. I managed to save 3 of them but one still has the lock stuck in it (odd angle of approach). Very sturdy sockets and amazing value for the money.

I lost the socket key for my Rav4 Prime Locking Lug Nuts. This 19mm 12-Point socket is the size needed. From a video I saw, I could hammer this on the Locking Nut to easily remove it. It works, but I needed four of these 19mm sockets since I could not remove the socket after I hammered it on. This was the cheapest method I could find.

I used it for removing locking lugnuts on my Honda accord. Worked really well for that and got them off so easy.

Used to remove a wheel security nut after I lost the key, have to whack it on with a sledgehammer so it’s a one time use thing when used for that purpose
