Heel/BHI - Gripp-Heel 100 tabs

This is a German homeopathic remedy for flu symptoms. It is generally taken along with Engystol.NIH did a paper on the combined effectiveness for flu, herpes, and SARS. Per the paper (Antiviral activity of Engystol® and Gripp-Heel®: an in-vitro assessment) Engystol® and Gripp-Heel® inhibited the replication of a variety of respiratory viruses. Additionally, we showed that pre-incubation affects the magnitude of the inhibitory effect differently for the various tested viruses. Both medications stimulate type 1 IFN release in different cell systems which suggests that their antiviral activity may be mediated possibly via modulation of the antiviral type 1 IFN host response.I haven't taken it yet (and I pray I don't have to) but, together they kick some serious feline herpes butt. I grind up one or the other every day and put it in her wet food. I also did a 10-day treatment of her eyes with Terramycin to kill the sinus infection associated with her chronic sinusitis. It got rid of the smell but she still had a lot of mucus and weepy eye. This stuff has fixed it. It's dried it up. She has a better appetite, is gaining some weight and has energy to go outside.

Gripp boosts the immune system gently -- and helps flu symptoms -- so if you already have a flu It helps you get over it faster. But *before* a Flu (when you are just feeling the signs of "coming down with something") if you take this and Engystol one after the other it boosts the immune system nearly 40% (Gripp boosts it like 15% and Engysol like 25% if I recall what my homeopath told me).READ the instructions -- this is a homeopathic. DO NOT swallow with water -- let it dissolve under the tongue. Don't eat/drink 15 mins before or after taking.

I haven't opened my bottle of Grippe-Heel yet because just as it arrived in the mail I was getting better from my influenza or cold. But my mother-in-law assures me that it works very well for her, and that's enough evidence for me. I still have it in my medicine cabinet for the next time that I find myself with symptoms of the flu, and I'm sure it will help a lot. Over the counter medicines from the pharmacy work to control symptoms, but the effect is only temporary. Grippe-Heel is alleged to actually heal the flu. I look forward to using it next time. By the way, I also get the flu shot, just in case. No reason to take chances.

I love this product. I take it with their Engystol as I used to get sick somewhat frequently, making it difficult to study throughout the semester.These two products have gotten rid of every sickness this fall. Sometimes, Engystol and Gripp-Heel prevent it from getting worse rather than treating it but the sickness always eventually goes away. I even had one night where I was really sick before mid-terms and took both tablets among other things (Energy-C, multivitamins, tea) and recovered by the next morning. When my parents stopped by to see how I was doing, I was already recovered and running around getting work done! These are definitely worth the money for me as they save me time and suffering.

I was surprised that the producr originated from Bulgaria, because the image on site did not indicate that. Once acquired, it cannot be refunded or exchanged

Buen medicamento para la gripe e influenza. Hace unos años mi esposa tomó estando con influenza severa y la recuperó rápidamente. Excelente producto.

All the information enclosed with this product is written in a foreign language, which I cannot read. I don't think it was advertised as such. I am not sure it contains the same ingredients as the Gripp-Heel product I have purchased in the USA for many years (which is now not available in the US)
