Leaking bite valve and replacement
1st race 8 miles started leaking at the bite valve.. 2nd day 4 miles shirt is wet due to more leaking.... pockets are ok.... hose clip broke at 6th mile... guys find something worth the money....2nd review (update)Well this seller sure is the best! Once I reviewed the hydration pack indicating my problem with the leaking bite valve, 1 week they apologized for a defective valve and sent me a new hydration pack, and it so happened that i used it the same week they replaced my old one...Guys this company sure is honest and reliable, I would recommend buying from them and if any problem about their products just message them..A Christmas gift from them after a month of rest came in the mail an viola another bite valve and saying just in case I needed one..Thank you innerfit..

DOES NOT bounce/shift/wiggle while running. Excellent fit for small frame.
Loved this backpack/hydration pack. It DOES NOT MOVE when you run, and I had a hard time finding one that fit my smaller frame. I wear a size small in Jockey active apparel as a frame of reference, so even some of the 'small' running backpacks were too big. This was perfect for running into work where all I needed to bring were phones, ID and small items for the day. Also great while trail running where there is alot of uneven movement and some bouncing of the body, but the backpack stayed put! The small side zippered compartments were easy to reach while running to grab ear buds, chapstick, etc. Running in moderate rain didn't penetrate any of the zippers and the mesh liner at the back allowed for good breathability in either California heat or Alaska cold. The only improvement I would suggest would be adding some reflective stripes or patterns on the back (there are some on the front straps) for early morning/night running.

Excellent for long runs, is as advertised
Pros:I began training for a marathon in the summertime, and just completed it last weekend. That being said, this pack got a few months of use, used on runs 16 mi to 22 mi in length. I also used it for the marathon itself. Overall, I loved it. The pack is a great value, works as well or better then high end hydration packs. There is very little to no movement when running (I am a 5' 9", 155 lb male). No part of the pack came apart, nor did the bladder leak, and the straps do not need readjusting.Cons:The clip that holds the tubing did come off after a couple runs (it did not break, just came loose after a while). I realized that it was much more secure when fastened around two straps instead of one. I fastened it to one of the shoulder straps and the extra tail after it runs through the clip. Since then, it has not been a problem. Also, there are no pockets that are practically accessible while running. I realize that they do not advertise it as such, but if it did I would literally need no other equipment when running. Instead, I have a small fanny pack to carry electrolytes and carbs ect. Regular cargo that is not needed while running including my phone fit fine into the regular pockets.

Perfect for running Super convenient bag
Perfect for runningSuper convenient bag. It's lightweight and easy to slip on and off. The 2 straps with a snap buckle and loops on each shoulder are important to me as they secure the bag to my body while I am running. The bag has several compartments and the 2 pockets on the side are super useful to get stuff without taking the bag out of my back. The 2 liter bag is convenient and does not move around. I am now using it every time I go for a run. I strongly recommend it for all runners.

Great Value
I bought this pack for paintball bc I wanted something small that wouldn't bounce around. This is just that, and for $34, I'm more than happy with it. It doesn't scream quality, but at the same time, it definitely isn't cheap. It does, however, have a ton of features: It's made of a water-resistant material and has inverted zippers; it has breathable mesh padding; it holds 1.5L bladders and comes with one; it has six zippers and nine compartments despite its tiny size; it's fully adjustable with chest and waist straps which make it super secure. It also has ergonomic c-shaped zipper pulls, elastic holds to prevent long pieces of extra webbing from hanging off the pack, a headphone line, elastic tension on the chest strap, reflective strips on the front, a thin and flexible carry handle that won't tickle the back of your neck, and a clip to hold your bladder's hose on your chest. The clip is removable, can fit on the chest strap or shoulder straps, and can rotate to hold the hose at different angles. Basically, this pack has everything. It's not exactly perfect though. The shoulder straps don't conform to the curvature of the sides of your chest. Instead, they make a straight line across your chest horizontally and leave space under the lateral edge of each strap. This makes it less comfortable. Another issue is that the chest strap can't be adjusted to fit high enough on my pecs. I have to choose between having it on top of my nipples or having it too low. This also makes it less comfortable. And one last small complaint is that the shoulder straps don't have the elastic holds, so I have to use rubber bands to keep the extra webbing from hanging off.The bladder is just okay. It does have all of the features they claim it has, but it won't get you through hell. I through it out onto my lawn, and then dropped it onto my cement walkway from about three and a half feet. That put a leak in it. I then stood on top of it and it was able to support my weight. I also put some good water in it, and it was no longer tasty water when I drank some of it. It had a plastic-like taste. This might get better with use, however.Overall, I would say that for $34, this bag is worth the money.
