Terrible
I am surprised because this brand is usually to be trusted, makes me think the box of needles I received are not really made by the manufacturer that is stated. The needles are far thinner then what is listed and almost impossible for the insertions to hold, the needles fall out easily, something is not right.

Way too fine
I bought these for tibial nerve stimulation. Which my doctor started doing to help with the pain from interstitial cystitis and suggested that I could do myself after insurance stopped paying. They're very fine which might be great for acupuncture but I'm not sure about that either because they seemed to bend when I tried to insert them and while I am not a professional the doctor taught me how to do it and I had no trouble with the ones he gave me. If you're using these for electroacupuncture pass! If you're suffering from low back pain or interstitial cystitis then you really should try it because my lower back stopped hurting and it was wonderful for the IC pain! Unfortunately you have to keep doing it and I don't have any needles now that work because even though these say they're the same as the ones they gave me at the doctor these definitely didn't work!

Work perfectly.
Individual needles, which works fine when you want to use just one, but when you want to use more than 1, it ends up being too much plastic waste as each needle comes which its own plastic tube and a plastic "holder". Other than that, they're perfect.
