A Big Day for Baseball (Magic Tree House)

My grandson’s favorite series. He is eight, and his mom says that he reads his Magic Treehouse books under the covers, with a flashlight. She doesn’t mind because, after all, he is reading. We gave him this book for Christmas. He is a baseball fan and plays as well. Needless to say ... this was a favorite.

My son has Dyslexia and these Magic Tree House series are awesome!! He is in the 4th grade (held back one year) but for him to be able to read chapter books is amazing!! He wanted so bad to be able to read chapter books and a friend recommended this series and I'm so glad she did! This book was perfect too since he is in baseball. Another thing about these books are the history it teaches kids in a fun way. Love these books!!

I am so grateful and pleased for such wonderfully entertaining stories which teach so much about history and all kinds of facts. My great grandson (9-years old) has these on one of my Kindles and looks forward to reading the Magic Tree House adventures when he is at our house.As we are ardent baseball fans, my husband was a player in his younger days, and both great grandsons enjoy playing baseball, this was an especially favorite one.

Well this is a xmas gift and its bent

My kids really enjoyed this book. It really sparked and interest in Jackie Robinson for my 6 year old. He really enjoyed it. It has so many true/historical facts woven into the fiction/ fantasy. It was very enjoyable.

I have purchased many magic treehouse books, my older daycare group love them. I love that they introduce and use facts...which have lead to further discussions and research.

I gave this to my grandson and he enjoyed reading this book. He is a little active to say the least, so it must have been good.

This was a birthday gift for my great-grandson, and he loved it! I will look for more books of this type for his next birthday.
