Works well with my CPAP mask to keep my mouth closed so it doesnt dry out during the night. I wear a full-face mask and Ive found that by putting on the chin strap first and then my mask headgear it works the best; otherwise, I couldnt adjust the mask during the night. I did try using the strap without my CPAP, but husband said that I still snored.I did have to modify the chin strap a bit to fit my small head - I had to cut off and reattach the velcro (on my sewing machine) as the wider back strap was about 3 inches too long for me. My only negative is that I wish the chin strap didnt leave marks on my face when I get up in the morning. Any tips to eliminate this would be gratefully accepted. I have pads on my CPAP headgear but cant figure out how to put some on the chin strap.

My wife and I both snore, and nose strips help. Weve tried different brands and different qualities, and these are by far the best! Caution: They are so sticky that if not removed gently they can take the skin off your nose. But since nothing else sticks to my oily skin consistently, the stickiness is definitely a plus.

I bought this snoring stopper for my husband and although I wasnt expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised.
