Great product!

We bought this 2 months ago and it stopped working. The ribbon sensor is not working so it will not print out any tags. The warranty ended at 30 days. Our old tag machine lasted 10 years so we expected to have a similar experience with this new one. An office machine should not only last 2 months!!!

The item arrived defective and the seller charged me 57.15 “restocking” fee. Especially frustrating since I first tried to exchange the item
