I bought this for our handyman to install. He replaced the wires on our 15 year old railing. Before I knew it, he was done with 10 lines across our lanai. Looks great.

This product is made well and seems to be a good quality item that would do the job very well.However, (while I am an experienced DIY'er) i am INexperienced at installing cable railing systems.This was a problem because the product didn't include directions for installationor tightening the cable slack once it's installed,As a result, I decided this was not the right product for my project.Fortunately, I was able to return it without hassle so while the product was not the right one for me, the purchase and return were problem free.Just a suggestion to the product supplier...detailed instructions on installation and a notice at the time of order that a hydraulic crimper is required for proper installation would make this a perfect product.

Bought these cables for our front porch railing. Turned out great and looks amazing with our house. Our contractor said the install was easy and the cables added that extra flair we needed.

Without instructions I didn’t feel like relying on trial and error. Would quickly repurchase if it had instructions.

I ordered this as it stated everything is included as described except for it is not in the original packaging. INCORRECT - there was only 1(one) threaded swag included with the wire. The description states there are 10(ten) included. The wire is good but without the swags its useless. I will now have to order extra threaded swags.

Excellent product but they should explain that you need a manual crimper to complete the installation. More instructions should be given with the products needed to complete railings.
