Great when using EOS webcam software
I was using my 6d as a webcam for a livestream for a few weeks, and this came through in spades to keep me from being nervous about running out of battery while on-air. Does what it says on the tin, and for a good price.

Doesn't work
Doesn't work with Canon EOS 5D Mk 3. I tried with different outlets and power outlets and double-checked the connections, but no luck. I made sure that the battery door sensor was triggered through a pin. I confirmed that the pin was working with an LP-E6 battery, but it didn't work with this dummy battery.

Worked great with my 5D Mark II, Good build quality
Very well made. All the connection pieces don’t feel super cheap feeling. Worked great on my Canon 5D Mark II. If you in the market one, this is the one you need.

Doesn’t fit LP6 canon slot
The dummy battery doesn’t really fit my monitor slot it’s like 1mm off. I tried to force it but no luck and adapter also doesn’t work.
