Seriously Nice Chairs
First of all the seller under promised and over delivered. Not something you see a lot anymore and so welcome. Chairs were expected between the 18th and 24th of the month. They arrived on the 14th. Big kudos.Build quality is excellent and I expect these chairs will last a good many years. The bungee suspension along the edges give them more comfort than most typical folding chairs. The one shortcoming, and not worth deducting a star is the unfinished wood arms. They probably need to be sealed with something if they're going to find their way on a boat, in a salt water environment. If the wood is actual teak they'll hold up well for many years sealed or not, but even teak needs a little love in a salt water environment. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend these chairs to a close friend of family member.

Early & awesome!
I did a lot of research, trying to find boat chairs that both look and feel good and will last. They arrived over a week early and in time for Christmas. Even better, my husband loves them. Great quality and customer service!

Great chairs for boating or the patio.
These chairs a lightweight, yet sturdy and quite comfortable, but pricey. Good seating position for lounging or dining.

Wood arm rest not sealed
Nice chairs. Seem sturdy. Really like the aluminum,BUT the wooden arm rest are raw wood. I don’t think they wood is teak. After only 2 days in the Florida weather on our boat I noticed they were starting to swell and fade. I Had to sand them smooth again and seal with a marine wood sealer. Don’t think the arms would have lasted a month. So be prepared to seal the wood. They are better than the west marine brand that rusted after 6 months. We will have to see how long the woven elastic last.

Quality Construction, worth the extra $$
When you buy 2 chars for 500 dollars without seeing or sitting in them.........??These chairs are comfortable and well made. I did sand down the arms and apply teak oil as the wood will change a little with humidity and sun, not a big deal. Otherwise compared to other boat chairs we have seen these are the best for comfort and construction. Others had sharp edges, fade, rip stiches, and hardware fell apart, no worries with these, you get what you pay for in this case.
