Once I found out how easy it was to replace the wheels on my office chair, I ordered these. At first I was skeptical because of the single wheel, like roller blades. However, the installation was quick, and the wheels work perfectly. Very smooth rolling on any flooring. So far I have found no cons, other than that this makes my chair a little higher, which is easy to correct.

I have my home office in a room with marble floors, so for me it was important to choose office chair wheels that wouldn't damage the flooring. These wheels a the perfect solution in terms of functionality, low noise and appearance. Takes 30 seconds to install.

They weren't an exact match to the wheels I took off my old government office chair, which were 3/8 diameter stems, and these say they are and 10mm so lucky I have a 10mm reamer to open holes up, then a closer look at them the plastic inside wheels were full of cracks, but still doing great and roll smoothly, so all in all would buy again

I bought these for my 1980's vintage office chair. It is a high end chair sold by Scan, a furniture store selling Scandinavian furniture. The was before Ikea had become big in the USA. The chair bottom states; Made in Denmark. I originally bought 7/16" replacement wheels as it is not an Ikea chair. I did not measure before ordering, my bad. Well these 3/8" wheels fit just fine. The old wheels came out easy and these went in well, a good fit. The wheels are a big improvement the roll very well on my low pile carpet, much better. The chair now spins around like a NASA centrifuge ! The chair rolls on my wood floors like greased lightning, big fun. New life for my chair. To retain the the same chair height you will have to lower the chair about 1.5" to account for the bigger wheels.

Fits my IKEA office chair perfectly. Easy to install. Rolls very smoothly. Although it does make it sit about 1/2" higher which I'll adjust with another lift cylinder to make it lower to better fit under my desk.

These wheels are great. My old IKEA Malkolm chair gave up rolling years ago. I almost spent a lot of money on a new chair, but then I came across these handy wheels. They work like a charm. Took a few minutes to install and brought my old office chair back to life. They roll well on hardwood and carpet as well. And they look pretty cool too. This is exactly what I needed.

These wheels glide effortlessly on carpet and feel incredibly well-made. The quality is excellent, making my chair roll smoothly and quietly.The only downside is that they slightly increase the chair's height, so my feet no longer rest flat on the floor, which causes some discomfort after sitting for long periods. Still, a fantastic upgrade for anyone looking for durability and better mobility
