It took me about 45 minutes to put together. Granted I’m not the handiest person around. Lining up the screws on the armrests was my biggest challenge. Anyway, everything needed was in the package. At first I couldn’t find the instructions and went to the pdf file included in the amazon description. But I found it inside the seat package.Instructions was straight forward and it also came with a pair of children’s gloves (see picture). How nice.The feel of the chair after I put it together was great. Not cushiony but just the right amount of fluff around my tush.I highly recommend this chair for the comfort and not so overly complicated to put it together. Now excuse me while I tighten all the bolts.

I’m a big 300 lb guy and I thought with it being an executive chair that it would be very comfortable. The chair is nice but the seating area is very narrow so it’s not very comfortable to me

The chair looks nice and definitely feels sturdy even for a 300 lbs guy. The only reason I did not give five stars is the up/down sliding range is slightly limited at the bottom end (if for some reason you prefer sitting _really_ low like I do) and it takes a bit to soften the cushions but otherwise this is a pretty solid chair and definitely looks way better than the "generic black chair" in this price category.

I bought this chair as a gift for my husband. He's very happy with it. It's very attractive and he likes the adjustable lumbar support. It's a good, sturdy chair.

Love the chair but when assembling, one of the bolt lug on the seat back where the armrest attaches was severely misaligned. I had to install that bolt first and then pry the armrest into position to install the other three. It tore the leather slightly and im concerned that the metal may break at some point because of the added stress.

this chair is awesome! it is so comfortable to sit and good for my back! plus, the color is really good, looks quite fancy. I love it

This chair came two days after I ordered it. When i received the package, it was easy to read the guideline and was easy to assemble! I've been using the chair for about a week now. This chair is quite fantastic and comfortable! It looks to be well made. It's easy to modify its height and softness. The chair is made of leather. It is smooth and textured. To be fair, I would recommand this chair.
