Great for those of us nervous swimmers.
Started doing triathlons and my swim was not that strong. Plus I was prone to psyching myself out in open water when I couldn’t see the bottom. Throw in swimming in a crowd, and I would sometimes freak out. A wetsuit and the swim-it made all the difference. I used this for several years and never once deployed it. Just knit was there was comfort enough. The other review talks about how his fell off but I don’t see how that could happen unless user error——didn’t tighten it enough. It has thick and long Velcro straps which means taking it off requires you to pull two Velcro straps apart. This device made triathlons attainable for me.

It slipped off my leg on my first swim.
I tightened it up really well, it was gone during my first open water swim. Lost forever.It slipped off my legs after 300 meters.
