The comentaries of Attenborough always greatThe photograpy and the filmaking job is amazing like alwaysThe stories are good too, with a great narrative and scriptBut the cientific part is worst than ever.BBC documentaries always show the nature in a way that no other documentaries do. Until now, when the Political Correctness invade the series, specially in the 4th episode where describes African Hunting Dogs like Matriarch animal. In the episode the pack is led by a super power female who do all (Hunt, fight, guide the pack to the war, breed the cubs, (its like a four leg victorinox).This is not true. Wild dogs are not matriarch animals. An Alpha couple dominates and led the pack. Alpha Female and Alpha Male.Easy you can guess the intentions of the producers to give the message "Empowered Fem".The episode about lions have the even more mistakes and wrong information about the life of that big catsTry to adapt the natural world to the new speech, is completely stupid.Bad move BBC

Probably the best ever documentary. Picture and sound quality are truly outstanding. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Don't hesitate. It will show you 4K TV to the best of it's abilities. I have a 65" LG OLED and my friends are simply blown away by the picture quality. Easily a demo disc for all 4K TVs. Note you need a 4K Player to use 4K discs. I have a Panasonic DP-UB900.

You know when the manufacturers are trying to save 5 cents. This is a four disc set placed in a 4K UHD case built to house only two discs. The case has only two spindles so they have to stack one disc on top of another disc on each side. Bad idea cause top disc can get damaged during shipment with circular scratches. Circular scratches can cause playback to stop and skip like my disc did.

Exceptional production. Beautiful scenery. Heartwarming stories. Couldn't stop watching the life and death stories. I've watched all the similar BBC productions like Planet Earth, etc. which are all very good, but this is the very best.

Although the 4K image quality is not as great BBC's recent releases like Planet Earth II and "Seven Worlds, One Planet", the narrated stories as they follow particular families of animals were great. The "Behind the Scenes" special feature was amazing as well.Really enjoyed this and would recommend for $16.
