Definitely works!
I am currently nursing twin girls and have had quite a few bumps along the way. I guess you could say it was the perfect storm for something to go wrong. Nursing multiples, returning to work full time and having babies that slept through the night wrecked havoc on my body. When they were 3 1/2 months old, I developed a blocked milk duct on one breast, which led to a milk blister. I did all kinds of research online and did everything I was supposed to do: compresses, massaging, extra nursing and pumping, etc. Once the milk blister burst, it ended up leading to mastitis. I was put on an antibiotic for 10 days and missed 3 days of work. At this time, despite my increased pumping and nursing, my milk supply went down. I was barely producing 2 oz from each breast at a single pumping session which led me to tap into my freezer stash. My babies drink three 5 oz bottles at day care - each (total needed: 30 oz - not including what I feed them at home before and after day care). And here I was barely getting 2 oz for each baby, times three pumping sessions (total producing: 12 oz if I was lucky, not including what they got from me when I nursed before and after day care). My coworker told me about the Mother's Milk tea. I didn't realize what I ordered was an entire case, but looking back, it was well worth it. I am not a tea drinker at all. I have always wanted to acquire a taste for tea and tried a million different kinds, made a million different ways. This tea, at first, tasted horrible! Everyone is different, but this is what worked for me. I figured, I don't like my coffee super hot and need to let it cool down, so tea might be the same way. I quickly found out that drinking it cold was far worse than anything I have ever tasted. Because of the taste, I also drank it sparingly. Based on the way I was drinking it in the beginning (or, more appropriately, NOT drinking it) I did not see much for results and almost gave up on nursing all together. I came back to the Amazon site and read more reviews and then decided to try a different approach. Here is what really worked for me: make and drink a cup of tea within the hour prior to nursing or pumping. Take a cup with a lid, or make your own lid using a plate, add the tea bag, then add the water. At home, I use a cup of water heated up from the microwave for about a minute to a minute and a half (depending on how hot the water was from my faucet), at work, I use the hot water spout from our water cooler, cover and let it sit and seep for about 8 - 10 minutes. After the 8 - 10 minutes have passed, I dip the tea bag a few times, then squeeze it out before discarding. Then I add in about a teaspoon of honey. Be sure to use the honey from the teddy bear bottle because it is cooked honey and not honey from a neighbor's back yard....(that's another story about bacteria and what is safe and not safe for babies.) Stir and drink. I drink it rather quickly and used to have to hold my breath when I drank it, but not so much any more. I still drink it quickly, but I don't have to hold my breath. It is much more bearable this way. The taste has actually grown on me and I look forward to drinking that warm cup of tea. Since I have started drinking it more consistently, five times a day, I have noticed my production has most definitely increased! I went from barely 2 oz from each breast to 5 oz and sometimes more, out of each breast. I am now producing what the babies are drinking the next day at day care. I am still hoping to be able to add back to my freezer stash, but that will come in time. I am proud to say that the babies are just over five months at the time of writing this review and are still being fed exclusively on breast milk (no formula) and two meals a day of oatmeal and/or stage 1 baby food. Hope this helps someone. Good luck to all!

Fellow Underproducers it works
These are for the underproducers. My milk wasn’t coming in right at first; I tried overpumping and all those tips and tricks I saw on TikTok, but I was only getting 2 or so ounces. After getting these teabags it really helped to boost my production. I became an overproducer and boyyyy I rather overproduce so I can feed my son than underproduce. Get yourself some milk bags because you are going to be storing milk. Worth it. Oh! and the taste isn't awful!

Great ingredients for milk supply
I’ve been drinking Traditional Medicinals Organic Mother’s Milk Tea, and it’s been such a comforting and supportive addition to my breastfeeding routine. The first thing I love is how calming it feels. Making a warm cup has become part of my daily self-care, especially during those early postpartum days. The herbal blend has a mild, slightly sweet and earthy taste—it’s not overpowering, and it’s easy to sip even if you’re not usually a big tea person. What really stands out is how supportive it feels for milk supply. With consistent use, I noticed a gentle increase and more steady output, which gave me a lot of reassurance and peace of mind. It’s not an instant fix, but it definitely feels like it’s helping over time. I also appreciate that it’s made with organic ingredients and traditional herbs like fenugreek and fennel, which are known to support lactation. It feels like a natural, thoughtful option rather than something overly processed. Overall, this tea is a great, gentle way to support breastfeeding while also giving yourself a moment to relax. If you’re looking for something natural to incorporate into your routine, this is definitely worth trying.

Really Helped My Milk Supply
This tea really worked for me. When I left the hospital after having my baby, I barely had any milk and someone recommended this tea to me. The effect was almost immediate. I drank it 4 times a day for about a week and was able to produce the milk my baby needed. I also used breast pumps to help stimulate my milk supply. I also liked the flavor, it was smooth and easy to drink daily. It became part of my routine during those first postpartum days.

Not the Best Taste, But It Seems to Work
The taste is honestly not my favorite, and it took me a little while to get used to it. However, I do feel like it has helped with my milk supply. After drinking it consistently for a few days, I noticed that I was able to pump a bit more and my supply seemed more stable. I wouldn’t buy it for the flavor, but if you’re looking for something that may help support milk production, I think it’s worth trying.

Healthy milk production
My wife started pumping on May 30th and was producing 1.5 -2oz of milk every 3 hours. After she drank the tea 3 times a day her production slowly crept up. It went to 3oz on average for 2 days and now she's up to 4-5ozs a pump session. So from 6/4- 6/8 she went from1.5oz to 5ozs which is amazing! She was able to pump 54 ozs in three days. Cons- it smells like black licorice which she's not a fan, but if you like it you will love the smell. The taste she describes is earthy and honestly sometimes just chugs it down. Would I say it's the tastiest? Probably not. But will it increase your flow? It definitely will! Pumping tips: place hot towels on while you pump. This will loosen up the clogs.

Don't take it if you have hypothyrodism
This tastes really good and is smooth. I really wish someone would have told me not to take Fenugreek if you have hypothyrodism before I bought it though. It made my supply worse. I had terrible stomach pain and halved my already terrible supply after my first two cups.. Not really the tea's fault that I didn't research the ingredients and my conditions. Make sure you do your own research. If you have hypothyrodism seek other options without fenugreek.

Was skeptical at fist but this blew my mind
Absolutely fantastic product, couldn’t recommend more, got given some as a gift and was skeptical at first but after trying it, WOW! I would rave about this product to anyone i spoke to about it, have ordered more after my gift ran out because it’s so crazy good, I drink a cup and my milk just starts filling up even before baby needs it, lifesaver for me because my baby won’t drink from a bottle and as much as I pump to keep my supply up when she won’t nurse i cant give it back to her because she won’t take it so if she’s sleeping and I expect her to sleep for longer (and pump) but then she wakes up, I have a cup of this and my boobs just fill right back up again.. amazing, will continue to buy for as long as necessary! (I hated the taste when I tried it first because I don’t like licorice at all, but with a splash of heavy cream and a couple tbsp of honey it’s lovely! Cant taste the fenugreek at all (hate maple) but yeah, short story long I couldn’t love this product any more 😂

Would be buying more.
On my first day postpartum, i had enough milk. But within 24 hours since reaching home, my milk supply lessened immensely. My husband bought me this tea. It was the small box at first. Within Twenty-Four hours after drinking the first one, my milk supply increased. Since then, I kept this on stock, from small box to big one. That purchase was my first big box. And just added one box more now to cart. It might not be the same for everyone, but on my end, it works right.
