Update
I purchased this for my day, for Christmas. We just recently opened the box to assemble it and found it was missing parts. To the credit of net world sports, the replaced all of the missing parts, no hassle at all, customer service was fantastic! I would highly recommend this cage to anyone.John manzione

35 ft cage is nice for 12-13 yr old while using pitching machine at one end
First I'd like to say I think this setup with the 6 poles is NOT the best, but for the value this 35 ft cage is really nice and I'm very happy with it as my 12 yr old son has used it for about 6 weeks and likes it a lot. I have a pitching machine at one end and the ball pitches about 30 ft to other end and this gives my son a reasonable level of speed compared to the travel ball team he played with this summer. The set up was pretty easy, but I had a hard time getting the poles into some hard autumn ground. MY ONLY CRITIC is that the (6) eye bolts and caps for the top of the poles were not in the big box the hardware came in and I contacted the company about it. They replied fairly quickly and asked about the box and whether it was torn open or opened in some way and I told them YES and that was all I heard from them and tried to reach them again, but never heard back from them. I went out and bought the necessary eye bolts so that I could install the cage (my son was asking all the time when I was going to get it up). Next SPRING 2020, I plan on setting up a cable system instead of using the (6) poles and this will cost about $80 for cable hardware and another $50-$75 for structural items.

Good budget cage
Poles do not install very easily at all. Instructions are a joke. If your now mechanically minded this may not be a good option. But for the money it serves the purpose. I have a 10 year old boy who crushed the ball and the cage has allowed no at home without trips to the ball field or a facility. I plan to put in 4x4 posts and stretch cable to support the net for future use poles probably won’t last.

20 foot cage
We Bought the 20 foot batting cage the only problem that I see is it had no directions we had to look up YouTube videos. And it definitely needs more support poles it only came with two on the ends each end and the entire center sags no matter how much we tried to tilt the polls tie them down so we had to go and buy some PVC pipe and make two more frames for the net and that seems to be working. I do have to say customer service was wonderful the shipping carrier lost our net after it was re-packaged and the company sent us a brand new net so thank you for that it allowed my son to start using it a lot faster

You get what you pay for...
For the most part it seems to be working out. The poles don't anchor into the ground all the deep so it is difficult to secure them well. My soil is soft so they fall over with any decent winds. Had to buy cement block anchors for the cables/hooks to "try" and keep those anchored but looks like my only option is to build a base to hold the poles secure. The net sags in between the poles as well so I have to find a work around for that. All in all it works but if you don't have the right ground you'll need to spend extra money on a system to really make it sturdy ( I do not want to cement the poles into the ground).

lots of sagging
The product overall is great for a backyard batting cage.Issue I have is the sagging in the middle. I purchased the 20'. Seems like every 20' of cage needs 6 poles which would prevent the sagging.I contacted the company to purchase two poles, they stated they only come in packs of 4 or 6 and for the 4 poles cost is $189. Not going to spend that much money on 4 poles when 2 are need, will go and find another solution.Other than that the netting is good and after we correct the sagging issue I am sure this set up will last a while. If anything changes I will update my review.

Must read
So I have previously wrote a review about the batting cage I purchased for my son first I would like to state that the seller contacted me right away and was very help full and I really appreciate the fast and helpfulness shows they are a good company. So buying the cage I was very happy with the size you may need to purchase more stakes for a more sturdiness .and before you buy the cage please read that it is fully in closed which means there is no door opeaning if you want a door it is sold separately other than that it is good my son does use it a lot even though he has to go under but he loves it he uses it every day and I can honestly say it has saved me a few bucks from having to pay at batting cages but I've only had it for little while I know in the long run it will be more .so in the future when it's time to up grade my sons batting cages I will be ordering from them again.#satisfied customer
