There are so many people suffering from Hemorrhoids without enough knowledge what is this all about and how it can greatly affect a person's life. Even though I am not suffering from it, I am still thankful to have this book because I have learned so many things about it. This condition is not treated as a serious one and most of the cases don't seek medical attention because of how and where it is located. This book is surely a great help for those who are suffering under this condition because it will educate them on how to get rid of it and have a healthy life style which is free from Hemorrhoids.

A good quick read with easy to follow recommendations. Good explanations of over the counter products at the end of the book.

What a painful thing to experience… it is extremely uncomfortable and you might not know how to treat it. I was surprised to learn that taking a warm bath, just relaxing in it for a few minutes will definitely help. Also thanks for the recipes it looks delicious and I am definitely going to try it out.

I bought this because I have one external hemmorhoid that I would like to get rid of. Perhaps I was hoping for a magic cure but the only option offered in this book was surgery. On the flip side, I did learn about causes, prevention and ways to help with the symptoms (I have no symptoms such as bleeding, itching, etc.) This book was informative but lacked a solution for an in-home cure.

This book covers all aspects of treating hemorrhoids. From diet to topical remedies. Good preventative tips also. Short and informative read.

Interesting read

This book increases awareness about the hemorrhoids and possible cure. Moreover, given diet plan, though not the excellent one, can give some idea about what you should eat and what you shouldn't. The author seems to have a comprehensive knowledge of this subject, maybe, he is not a specialist.
