I find a shampoo I really like - a lot - and now it is not available. This shampoo makes my hair soft and shiny. No strong scent - not enough to really notice, which is great. I try to use only unscented products. I am letting my gray grow out and this shampoo makes it almost sparkle. I tried another purple shampoo that, on the first use, gave my hair a sort of matte finish and a purplish tinge that took three washings to get rid of. This shampoo does not do that. I really like this shampoo - so why is it not available?

I bought it for brown hair that pulls red. Nothing works with that problem. Probably works very well on blonde hair. I was just hoping I could tone the red.

First of all, I didn't even know there was such a thing as "purple shampoo" until a few months ago, and it was after that that I learned it wasn't just for blondes, but apparently helps with gray. too.I'm not sure if it's my mind playing tricks on me, but this product makes my hair feel softer, and look...hmmm...softer? Can something look softer? I dunno.I guess I'm a fan. As I said, I'm only now becoming aware of serious shampoo options, but this one left me with a solid impression. I like the scent, too. My brain sees that it's purple so I keep expecting something blueberry-ish in the scent department (and that's sort of what I smell, too).If you're sporting some gray and looking to up your shampoo game, give this one a shot.

I like it in general but you need a conditioner as it dries the hair a bit

This is by far the best purple shampoo I have ever used! It smells great and leaves my hair looking and feeling fabulous. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, blonde or grey!

I wouldn’t say this product smells amazing or made my hair soft, but it took the brass out of my naturally blonde, fine, curly hair with 1 use, and once-weekly maintains it very well. 5 stars!

The Sulfonate ingredient in this MUST be the same thing as Sulfates - because this purple shampoo lathered up a ton! and left my hair horrificly stringy and dry and impossible to comb out! This is going straight back! I cannot tolerate sulfates in my hair as they are SOO drying. I had done a coconut oil mask two days prior and this shampoo stripped out all that moisture that I had put in.

I would prefer it to be scent free but it isn't a scent that lingers so that is good. Seems to be doing a good job of conditioning and making my colour last longer. Was worried that it may stain the shower as it is a strong purple, but it doesn't -Yeah. Nice that it is sulfate free.
