#7 Push Glazier Points

Great for picture frames
These glazier points are perfect to reframe thrift store art. I haven't had any trouble pushing these into wood frames with a flat head screwdriver.

Easy to use
All you need is a screwdriver with a wide tip and a smaller hammer. Easy to place. Reframed needlework after taking it apart to clean after 34 years.Quantity is just right. I can use these to replace any broken window panes. Also.

They're functional and stay in rather well
You'll need to press these in with a narrow taping knife... A spackle knife will do. A flat blade screwdriver is simply too narrow.Don't use your hands. Ouch.Double as caltrops, so be careful not to spill them on the carpet. They're pretty simple things. They don't bend on you. Press in easy enough (with the right tool).I'd buy them again. Really hoping I won't need to though. Glazing windows isn't exactly a fun time for me.

Great For Picture Framing
Some time back my frame point driver broke. These are expensive and I rarely flat frame. These glazier points are easy to use and hold a piece in a frame very well. They can also be easily removed if desired. The easiest way I've found to insert them is with a putty knife (instead of a screw driver).

You Need a Flat Screwdriver
These work well, but for a picture frame that is of hardwood, you'll need a flat-head screwdriver to push them into the frame with.

Great product.
Came in and were as expected. Nothing bad to say about this.

not good for hard wood, should be OK for pine
These should be fine for soft woods like pine, but I was trying to find something that would go into a picture frame made of Pear wood, and the tabs on these would just bend before the point penetrated the wood by even 1/16 inch. I tried putting a sharper point on them, but that did not help. In the photo in the listing, they looked thicker than normal points, but they are the same as my old ones.

Just ok
Very small. They work ok, but matting has to be an almost perfect fit for these tiny points to hold the pic in place.
