I gave them my image to print but my phone number and website was too small. They fixed the location of my phone number and website so that it would fit on the pens. It came out beautifully!!! Here's another brownie point, my grand opening is on Dec 1st, 2020 and it was a few days before Thanksgiving weekend when I placed my order. I was afraid the pens would not arrive on time as the original arrival date was suppose to be after Dec 10th. Guess what?! They worked with me and to my surprise, the pens arrived today on Sunday Nov 29th in front of my doorstep! They had these delivered to me on a Sunday!!! They went above and beyond! Thank-you!!! I was in tears!!! They are easy to talk to and easy to reach and respond back quickly! I was shocked at how amazing these pens turned out for the price!! No issues with any of them, all the pens write smooth & are very good quality.
