Outstanding Quality
Fireplace and insert are both of excellent quality. Mantle is real wood painted white and is easy to assemble out of the well packaged box. It takes a little time to assemble but anyone can do it. The fireplace insert is outstanding. The logs and flames are both excellent in appearance and the various ways to display the log flames is very pleasing. The heat output is excellent and easily supplements the heat in the large room I installed the fireplace. I would recommend this product.

Worth the wait
Although I had not the greatest shipping experience I have to say that I’m strictly providing a review for the electric fireplace. The product arrived without a scratch. It was well protected. Mantel and insert appear to be of good quality. Easy to assemble. More importantly, the wife loves it!

High quality beautifully made fireplace
Although I had a bit of a snag with the freight company, it was through no fault of DragonBlaze.The mantel and fireplace insert are both of excellent quality, the Bella mantle is beautiful and quality made. The insert is outstanding with realistic logs and flames and excellent heat output. Because I had an issue with the freight company's delivery, Howard at DragonBlaze was prompt, courteous and resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not only recommend this product but I also recommend this company for its integrity and customer service.
