Really nice Dive Watch
Took a flyer on this watch($180 on cyber Monday). It has exceeded my expectations. I currently own 4 dive watches, and this one fits my wrist better than any of the others. I don't have huge wrists, and this watch is probably one of the smallest dive watches I own, which is great. Seems to be keeping great time after only a few days. Only nitpick is the rubber strap sucks, but I swapped it out for a leather strap I had lying around, and it looks and feels great after that. Great watch for a great price

Buy It!!
I've been a watch collector/admirer for over 40 years. This watch compares equally with my Rolex Sea Dweller in style and comfort. The fit and finish is well beyond anything I was expecting in this price range. I have an MKII MilSub that isn't as nice as this watch. If your on the fence about it, buy it, I can't see how you could be disappointed. The rubber band from Orient was outstanding but I preferred my old Nato band from my old Seiko.

Decent Watch
I've had this watch for a few days now, here are my impressions thus far.First of all, the crystal is sapphire, not mineral as stated in the Product Specifications section. So that's a plus. The first thing I did after receiving the watch was to replace the rubber strap with a proper leather band. It may seem odd to put a leather strap on a dive watch but hey, it's not like I'm going to actually get this watch wet. However, if you plan on swimming or (gasp!) actually diving with this watch, the 200m water resistance and the screw-down crown will ensure a safe water experience. The watch is attractive, if you like dive watches (and who doesn't?). The blue colors on the dial and rotating bezel are pleasing to the eye. Speaking of the unidirectional rotating bezel, it's 120 clicks and has absolutely no play if I try to turn it the wrong way. The watch face is uncluttered and it's easy to tell the time at a glance, which is increasingly important to me as I get older and my vision gets less sharp.Accuracy is about par for the course for a value automatic watch. Mine is gaining approximately 8 seconds a day on average, your mileage may vary.Lume is so-so. The lume is on the hour markers and hand, including the second hand. It activates quickly and shines bright at first but quickly loses its brightness. I haven't tested it but I wouldn't be surprised if even the faintest residual lume would last through a two hour movie at the movie theater. Not a critical flaw, but thought I'd point it out.I have smaller wrists, but at 42 mm, the watch does not look too big on me.All in all, this watch is a winner. My only real complaint is the overly long, ugly cheap rubber strap, which is why I deducted a star. This will definitely be getting a lot of wrist time. My first Oriental is a success!

Chinese version, not the Japanese version, still a great watch.
Best to buy from an authorized dealer if you want the Japanese version. This is the China version.Note the movement of the Chinese version is made in house in Japan.Best value watch, compares to some $2000 USD watches.

My upgrade from the mako
I’ve decided to upgrade from my black mako as I was tired of seeing the extra crown for the date that was unique to the mako. I am an orient follower for 10 years now and my collection has grown to a dozen; I was immediately impressed by its presentation upon delivery. It was everything I thought it would be based on its reviews. The sapphire crystal sets it apart from competitors; I will be keeping it in my winder at night to keep it fully wound for the next day as I am disabled and it would never get enough winding into my wrist. I decided to go with this rubber version over the steel bracelet as Most of the ones I own now are all stainless steel bracelet and I realized how uncomfortable steel on skin really is compared to rubber or fabric.

Maravilloso
The media could not be loaded. El reloj es una joya, es vistoso liviano y se ve que está muy bien construido. Es Orient, como podría ser diferente...

Good budget diving watch with sapphire crystal glass
I read some of the reviews here before I purchased one and mine was indeed made with a Sapphire crystal as the glass material, which is a plus. Overall build is solid. I haven't tried using it to dive yet, so I can't comment on that. The only downside I have is the time keeping, as some said tend to run fast, and I experienced that. But I guess this watch is semi manual automatic. I've not had issues with the time keeping if I wear it all day. If I wear it half-day, then winding it 10 times would do the job. Otherwise, give it 30 turns as the manual said, and it was fine for me.
