5 star for the seller and 4 star for the product. Good product in this price range. The buffle filter is loose- it is producing metallic sound when the chimney is switched on. The product is made in China. The exhaust pipe supplied with the product is of poor quality. The product was installed after one day of the delivery.

Nice product
Product looks nice, and installation was done in time, the installation request was raised by Amazon after delivery and then Got contacted by installation team.But the exhaust duct was on the left corner not in the centre, which we got to know after Unboxing, and the installation person was not having any wood cutting tools so had to get some changes done before installation.

Easy to install. Value of mony
Within 72 hrs i got delivery. Easy to installtion. I installed by my self and working very well.read user manual care fully if you are going to installed. Pvc duct i recived instant of aluminium duct ,which are quit disappointed me.overall good product value of mony.i buy 11,140 but now price increasd.addimg comment after using 2 years. No issue i found so far. Good product. Go ahead if you thinking to buy this .

Worst product and after sales service.
I am writing this review after months of using the product.1. The product installation wasn’t proper. Wrong diameter was selected for the duct due to which the suction was wasn’t adequate.2. The service engineers visited thrice but no one could identify the root cause of the issue.3. Inspite of doing the AMC there isn’t service visit by the technician.I will not recommend this brand to anyone. The product and the service both are pathetic and they seriously need to look out for skilled technician or train them for correct diagnosis.

No after sales support available
I am forced to return the product as it was received as Hindware could not arrange and send an installer in a mega city like Hyderabad for close to 10 days. After this experience we are rest assured that after sales support will be available from the brand.

Lowest price than other chimmney
Writing this review after using 1 year. I bought this in offer price at around Rs 8500/-, auto clean is good, even it comes with exhaust pipe (not aluminum) can save almost Rs 800 for pipe. 5 year motor warranty is also good. Only issue is with noise, too much of noise, if you are in kitchen and someone is calling you then you will not hear anything. He/She have to come kitchen to talk.
