great for gout
My husband has had minor gout flares for a few years. He has used these periodically. He uses during a flare and then for a few weeks after, then goes off of them until next time. This January he got a really bad case of bronchitis and while he was extremely sick had a very bad gout flare. Thankful for the help of the tart cherry extract. He bulked up the dosage and used drops as well, and got the flare under control.

If you are looking for a powdered tart cherry supplement, this is the one to choose. It is free of additives and chemicals that other brands contain, and the capsules are made of clean ingredients. The cherry product inside is noticeably pure, as I have opened several capsules and consumed the powder directly and found it to be delicious. Highly recommend!

Too many pills needed
I had already emailed to Amazon my opinion.. I'm very disappointed because I wasn't aware 4 capsules per day were needed. My coworker gave me a bottle of the brand that she uses and I only take 1 capsule per day and it's the same amount of mgs. Makes life mucheasier especially because I take so many varieties of vitamins.

Gets rid of gout.
These Tart Cherry Extract capsules really helped get rid of my gout in my left foot. Worked really quick and haven’t had another flare up of gout.
