its the second time i have bought this item for my partner...hand washed it and spun in the machine and hung full length by the waist....no problems, the pleats stayed in and no colour loss...def buy again

For the money this is average.As someone who regularly wears formal and casual kilts I can confirm that sizing is accurate however the cut and fit is slightly incorrect.There appears to be a plastic liner in the waistline for some reason. It's purpose is still unclear.The kilt does not fall correctly and if pinned at the front is restrictive, almost like a ladies pencil skirt.Materials are again average at best and the inner lining is insufficient in terms of area.I will not comment about durability as it is too soon to make an informed statement.I will say this is suitable for fancy dress or the occasional informal occasion.

Great looking kilt and really good value.

This is obviously not a "quality" kilt, but it is more comfortable and less itchy than "proper" kilts. I'm not sure how hardwearing it will be, but time will tell. I'm very happy with it anyway and can't believe they can make a kilt of this quality for such a low price. It fits perfectly too. Well done Tartanista!

I wore my kilt to an all day festival. It was comfortable and when the temperature dropped in the evening. It kept me warm.I would say that this product is good value for money.

The quality of this far exceeded my expectations. This was bought for a stag do and I was very impressed. It was a last minute purchase and the customer service was second to non, they shipped it to me before the Stag do and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you!

There were problems with the order, but that was more down to me adding to it, and needing expedited delivery. Tartanista were supportive and helpful and managed to get the goods to me in time for an unexpected event. I will be using them again. The kilt fits well, but it is slightly long. However that is the trade off for buying budget and off the peg. I am happy with the kilt, very impressed by the service and am happy to use Tartanista again.
