Chef Aid Beechwood Toast Tongs

I had hopes for this after singeing my fingers one time too many. Trouble is the tips are too fat to fit into the toaster slot around the bread. Also, it's too long both for easy use and for storage.

When I remember to use it, they are a winner. Saving from toast electorucution. But they are on the big side, like a child using chopsticks kind of big.

this products is acceptable and does the job but is quite largeand is unfinished plain wood so slightly disappointing

Not bad for slug picking.

I use it in sauna to get hot oil amphora off the stones. Works great.

These were not the cheapest set of tongs available, but they are a good size and are nice and robust. Certainly good enough for getting hot toast out of the toaster (which is why I bought them) and I'd also expect they'll be strong enough for dealing with "boil in the bag" type items as well. Satisfied with my purchase. Would buy a second pair for holiday home

Easy to use and perfect for reaching into the toaster

These work ok but could do with a slightly tapered tips to make them easier to get in and out of the toaster. But with a bit of fiddling, they work fine. No more burnt fingers.
