Why does my daughter love calico critters so much? I'm not sure she just does. Unfortunately so do my 2 stupid dogs. Let me tell you those idiots can have a calico critter naked and hairless in 3.3 seconds. They must put something in them that smells like steak to dogs, because the dogs will ferret them out like nobody's business. I've lost about 9 of these little critters in the last 2 years. But I keep buying them because my daughter loves them (and yes she should pick her toys up off the floor and I told her so).They are just adorable and very well made as with all calico critters. You have to get the twins to go along with because they're just so dang cute.

These are great but delicate!The Pickleweed family is very adorable. I love their old timey outfits! People don’t really wear things like that now.I’d say a con is that the brushes are pretty difficult to get them to hold. They also do not balance to stand up well (because of their hair?). Even so, I still gotta love that fluffy hair! I also love how this family is in a family band (if you read about the characters). To be honest, they also do not sit easily. I like to make stop motion videos with them and this is a little time consuming.One more thing, be very careful or their noses will rub off.Even so, if you take good care of them I think you will like them. They are not my favorite Calico Critter family but I like them.

This Deer family is so cute, the Sandy Cat twins in the photo did not come with the deer family but all these critters are amazing. I'm starting to collect them and I love displaying them on my dresser. These toys are unlike most toys, they're very well made and have a lot of character in my opinion.

Ok, although super cute and expensive for what they are. I received an item that sadly didn't stand up to par with the quality. The baby character has a bald spot behind the ear, which not to mention is also malformed, and the nose is misplaced. I gifted this without first inspecting it and my niece was not happy. She wasn't even nice about it either. I offered to replace, buy she just wants something new. Wish there was better quality control with items like this. Still cute though.

I purchased these little otters to go along with the rest of the calico critters we have. They are very adorable as you can see by the photo.They are made just like the rest of the newer one, you can't place anything in their hands, no big deal just thought I would share. I have older ones that you can stick stuff in the hands to make it look like it is doing something. With these little guys I just place things close and looks good enough.If you are looking to add to your collection, get them, you will not be disappointed.

I got them a while ago and keep putting off reviews because I just don't have a proper display set up yet (plus I'm very forgetful and tend to buy a bunch of things at once) but I love this family! They have warm brown fur and lovely blue outfits with a variety of styles that makes them individual while clearly being part of a group (something I love about Calico Critters in general.) I especially love the little heart shapes inside the ears of the ladies and I'm addicted to the CC babies so I appreciate the articulated baby who comes in this set. That also makes this family more unique! (I feel bad for the lack of recent boy children but enjoy the variety in the more recent families.) Btw I'm crossing my fingers that I get the deer baby from the upcoming Baby Shopping blind bags series. Then I'll have twins! :)

Adorable. These are fun to play with even if you don't have any of the Calico Critters accessories/sets. The clothes are the cutest. My kids have had fun with them and they last fairly well. I will warn you that if you have any kids that like to put toys in their mouth you will probably find the fur chewed or worn off of an ear or paw at some point if you don't keep an eye out. This has happened to a couple of ours over the years. Another thing to know is that some of the little buttons and bows on the clothes are glued on it looks like. I have not had any of the items come off...they are very sturdy, but just keep away from the littlest ones for safety. The critters are posable and you can make them stand on their own. Overall, these are irresistible and inspire a lot of fun "family interaction" type play.

We love Calico Critters but were disappointed to find that these Cuddle Bears have closed hands and are thus unable to hold things like toothbrushes, forks, mugs, etc. unlike the previous 8 families that we have bought over the years which have open hands and are able to hold these types of things. We are afraid the closed hands might be a new design for the critters as we recently purchased the Chocolate Labrador Family which also have closed hands. It's much more fun to have the Critters hold things so we hope the company will go back to making them with open hands.

Excelente calidad, juguetes de coleccion inigualables, es asombroso ver que la ropa tan pequeña este perfectamente confeccionada. Desde hace muchos años habia tenido la intención de iniciar la colección, la textura de los animalitos es suave y aterciopelada. Estoy fascinada y seguire comprando, no duden en comprar, vienen en perfectas condiciones, nuevos.

Son tan detallados que parecen no ser un juguete para niños. La ropita está muy bien hecha y se puede retirar muy fácilmente; la textura peluda parece muy resistente. Los puntos de articulación son muy básicos pero suficientes para los accesorios de la marca. Muy hermoso juguete para niños no tan pequeños y coleccionistas.El único pero que le pongo es el empaque: es un cartón barato y un acetato muy delgado, además el decorado parece de juguete pirata, fuera de eso, es un juguete excelente.

Very impressed with the quality of these little characters given the price. It's our first in the world of Calico and our daughter (two years old) just loves them, so it definitely won't be our last. She really enjoys removing the small clothes, then asking us to put them back on.

Mega lindas las ardillitas, muy bonitas y detalladas las figuritas y la ropita. El único detalle es que lo enviaron en bolsa y se maltrato un poco el empaque. Pero las figuritas llegaron en buen estado. Me encantó esta familia de ardillitas, quizá busque otras familias más adelante 😍.
