I was really nervous to order these as there were quite a few complaints about them being too thick and one claiming they are gauges. I'm so glad a I took a chance, I hate sleeping in my studs because they poke my neck etc just plain uncomfortable. I found these with flat backs thought I'd give them a try. They are pretty comfortable to sleep in nothing digging in etc. They did require a good push to get them in as my holes were pretty small (I rarely wear them so they close frequently) but they went right in following a shove lol..should help to keep them open. These are not gauges for the record, it even says in the title they are faux gauge. Just a lil thicker than regular stud. Want something comfy to sleep in and stays in overnight and during activities (in my opinion) give these lil guys a chance. Knock on wood I haven't had a problem with them coming unscrewed. I plan to look for more colorful ones next. Happy shopping!

I stopped wearing dangling earrings a long time ago (now only here and there) but these fake plus are my go to. I couldn't commit to stretching but luckily with these I don't have to!I've been using these types of earrings for about 6-7 years. I've tried wooden types but my faves are always like these, metal type.I love how long lasting these have been and they're good quality at a good price! Between me and my spouse we needed different sizes and this seller has it!Will likely buy again but with how much they last, I may not have to for a long time. These have taken a lot of use and they're still perfect.

As soon as they got delivered i disinfected them and put them on. I love them. I got the 9mm hopefully when the 10mm are available I will get those. I'll update if there needs to be one

I bought these six years ago after having not worn earrings for a very long time. Posts were a bit painful to put in since they’re thicker than standard earrings. Once they were in And my lobes got used to them, there was no going back to wearing any other style of earring. I take them out every so often to thoroughly disinfect them and my lobes, but for the most part they have stayed in for six years with no allergic reaction or loss of the screw-on back, except for today when one of the backs fell off while I was in the shower. Just took a back from the black pair I have yet to wear and used that. Definitely worth the money for something that is still being worn 6 years later!

These are pretty sweet. So the post portion is a little bit bigger than my actually earring hole. So it did take a little bit of wiggling to get the post through. It didn’t really hurt, it was just awkward (and I was afraid it would hurt, so I just kinda wiggled for a while lol). But once it got through, I had my husband help me screw on the back of the first one. He had no problem with it. I screwed the back on the second one myself- easier than I thought it would be. I slept with them on last night, and it didn’t hurt. These are the 10mm sized ones. I think they look pretty sweet! They’re sturdy. Like once they were screwed on, I felt a satisfying weight to my lobes. they’re quite durable and sturdy. Very good price for the quality!!

These are awesome! I would love to have real gauges in this size though I work in health care and thus I am unable to have real ones. These are the perfect alternative.I was worried about buying these because of the reviews saying that they come unspooled and people lose the backs, but I haven't had any issues with this. I leave them in all the time and only remove them to clean them. I just make sure to check and that they are tight once in a while to be sure I don't lose them. Definitely recommend these!UPDATE (04/28/17): Wear these bad boys every day since I have purchased them and still love them! The black hasn't flaked off and the backs stay tight as long as you are careful with them, just like any other earrings.UPDATE (03/07/18): Still wearing the black ones every day and they show no signs of wear (holy crap!). I take them out to clean them frequently and have had zero issues with them still. I don't think I have ever had a pair of earrings last this long before. The backs still stay tight as long as you don't play with them and make sure they are tight when you put them on after cleaning. Wonderful purchase, definitely still recommend!

I have a second set of piercings in my lobes and like to keep earrings in them 24/7. I've usually worn traditional post earrings, but found that they dug into my skin quite a lot at night, and just led to a lot of irritation during sleep.I found these guys and they're PERFECT. They are a little tricky to put on -- I recommend wearing latex or Nitrile gloves while you do it to keep a tight grip on them. But once they're in, they're in. I've been wearing mine since I bought them ~2 months ago and haven't had any issues since.I wear the black ones in 3mm, which are nice and subtle. It's obvious I'm wearing something in my ears, but not so obvious that they draw attention to themselves. And best of all, I can sleep in them completely pain free!

I wanted it a little bigger. Maybe I’ll order an 8 other than that it looks great to me. This is a size 6
