Good product need to use it properly
The media could not be loaded.  I have been using this for over 3 years in my salt water aquarium. It’s a 55 gallon hex tank and I use 3 bags at a time in my canister filter. Also have mechanical filtration and use bio media. Water stays perfectly clear and no smell. I put a 100 micron sheet and cotton pad in front of the media to catch and loose carbon from getting into the water table. After you rinse the carbon bags make sure you have something like this before the water returns to your tank or you will get cloudy water for awhile and don’t think that’s healthy for your fishy...

It Works!
It quickly cleared up the green medicine look but it seemed to go further in my 120. My S. American Cichlids have become more active. The seem to watch for me and their food container. They'll suddenly appear following my movements and waiting for a meal.

Simply the best
This is one of the best carbon media on the market. Works great at keeping tank parameters in check. It helps polish water and keeps it crystalclear. I use it on my reef aquarium and it keeps all my corals and fish nice and happy.
