Taking it out of the box also took my breath away with the craftmanship and sheer beauty. I was expecting a nice product that looked good but perhaps not much heft. I was so wrong. This plaque has substance and depth. The instructions were complete and easy to understand. Within the first hour, 3 neighbors congratulated us on finally putting up an address plaque and complimented us on our choice.When I first placed the order and got the proof, I was impressed. I'm very pleased with the quality of this product and the service from the company. Do note that if instally on stucco or other masonary you will need a drill bit, anchors, and careful positioning. The address plaques came with detailed instrutions and the screws to do so.
