I had the 4 pin curt version i ordered last year, not realizing there was a 5 pin version. Upgraded to this one, used to connect my second backup camera and flush mount reverse pods. worked great the price is a bit steep however. would have been cool to include a male plug for the cost

Clean install
Simple to install and it made the light bar I was wanting to install very easy to do without having to splice any wires.

Worked on 2023 Toyota Tacoma
Used for a light bar under the tailgate. This allowed me to just unplug one thing and plug everything in with only having to crimp a male end on the reverse light wire from the light bar to plug it into the adapter. Worked great and didn't behave to mess with anything factory.

the connector opening is not big enough to fit on the 2019 Ram factory 7 pin .

Great Product for 2019 Tacoma
The product allowed me to easily and efficiently mount a tailgate lightbar without having to use the factory trailer plug. It also allows for a reverse light function to work but that required to use of a bullet connector. The product gave me virtually no trouble during installation. To protect my connections, I used heat shrink around the connections to keep water tight for added protection.Highly recommend this product if trying to keep the availability of factory trailer use, while adding the use of the light bar.

Easy install. Had to wire reverse light in because product it was bought for only had a 4 pin flat. Definitely cleans up the install

A no brainer!
If you need another plug or are adding a light bar to your truck this is the only way to go. Effortlessly plugs into your current harness. Takes longer to crawl under the truck than it does to install it. Fantastic product!
