So my son pestered me for a drone using his Christmas money. Okay, why not. Now I know the title says mini but this really is small (Palm size). This drone is so small that it fits into the palm of your hand! It’s also so small that I lost the blasted thing!We took it to a wide open field (an extremely large one) and my son was practising. Naturally mum wanted a go so I took control. The drone took off and kept going up and then I decided it should move forward, so it did and I couldn’t get it to come back (forgot about the home button). We kept sight of it and I managed to get it to descend but could I find the bloody thing, could I heck. Spent an hour trekking up and down a field around the suspected landing site and could not find it for love nor money!So, the little drone flew very well, my son liked it for the hour that we had it. My advice is keep an eye on it and don’t let incompetent grown ups anywhere near it! I’m about to now look into ordering a bigger one in the event that we can’t control it again! I don’t fancy walking up and down a field for an hour looking for one again. On the other hand, it did get my step count up. Silver lining and all that!4 stars for being so small that we lost it!

Like any 9 year old boy, my son loves anything that flies fast and has light and sound. This little drone has all of that! It is easy to fly and with the one button return function, not easily lost. It can fly slow or fast (I advise starting slow till you get the hang of it) and turns on a button. Because of it's tiny size and foldability, it's easy to toss it in your bag and let it fly whenever you have some space. Just make sure you charge it. I'm going to buy a few extra batteries for it because it goes through those very fast. The transmitter has a decent reach so you won't lose the connection. Not sure if my boy ever gets to fly it because dad has way too much fun.

Pretty basic, took it outside, got it up into the air and as the wind blew it never returned!

The product itself is great but the propellers break easily and are near-impossible to replace.

It’s good but the propellas snap easily. I can’t find where to buy spares.
