The taste is not for me.
I,m sure this is good for you, but, the sweet taste seems to get in the way of every recipe I have tried. I’m going to give mine to someone who can appreciate it.

For AIP diet
We liked the product. We made chocolate chip cookies and loved the flavor. Would use it again for baking even without being on AIP diet
