I am always searching for 100% cotton long John's in this jersey-t shirt type feel. I found some years ago in a store but have never had much luck since, until Amazon had these available. As in my title, they are NOT waffled (which I find itchy and just annoying for some reason). They are simply like a thick tshirt, smooth and soft and comfortable. I should say I am a lady who ordered these for myself and I am ordering more immediately now that I've found them I'm going to stock up. Thanks, Amazon :))

I bought size XL (I'm between L or XL) of the three pack of different colors. I washed these by themselves in cold water, with cold rinse. I partially dried them for 2-to-4 minutes in a gas dryer. Then I hung them up to air dry. Partly drying them in a dryer gets out wrinkles.The pants are so small I can't even pull them on (I tried all three colors, but all seem the same size by eye). The leg cuffs have very little stretch, thus why I can't even pull them on, and my legs are skinny below my knees.These XLs are probably a Medium. I'm shocked at how small they are. As I've laundered them they can't be returned, so these will go to a local charity.I own other underwear from this brand (generously-sized boxers with lots of waistband stretch), so I'm puzzled by this size issue.Thanks for reading my review.

First off, the set of long underwear SHRINK...BIG TIME!!!But there is stretch to the fabric and oh so very SOFT after you wash and dry them.My husband normally is a LARGE size 5' 8" ...i purchased an XL and these fit him fine after washing & drying(without babying the garment).I also purchased the GREEN Camo long underwear - also 100% COTTON...just as SOFT and nice...But order 2 sizes up for shrinkage purposes when buying mostly Cotton goods, is my rule.So if your husband wears a LARGE normally, my suggestion is to buy a 2X. It may be long after 2 washes but by the 3rd wash it will have shrunk significantly to fit him perfectly! This way you can get LONGER USE from these, instead of passing them to someone shorter. By the way i use HOT water, I DON'T baby my clothing anymore and it definitely HAS its advantages. : )

I always thought thermal meant air pockets to hold your body heat when you layered or of a better quality material than cotton that was superior in holding heat in. SO, I did a little research to educate myself. Now I'm more confused than ever!!! I'm leaving tomorrow so these will have to do and will probably be fine for October. But as far as this product, it's basically a good quality t-shirt material. I haven't worn or washed them yet so I don't know how they fit or if they shrink when washed. I may edit this later. For the price, they should work fine for the first layer. If you live, work or play where it gets frigidly cold then you can use these until you can't. Then you'll need the more expensive wool base layer stuff. Have fun with that ...

Do your self a favor and ignore everything that you've read on here these do NOT run small I'm 6'1 178lbs and wear a large in everything I ordered an XL because everyone said these things run small they dont. Now I haven't washed them set but the XL was quite large so I doubt they'll shrink to the point that they'll fit. With all that being said the material is quite comfy enough so that I reordered a large set that will fit and gave the XL to my dad.

If your comfortable with your sexuality than maybe these will work for you. They fit alright and I believe they will serve the purpose but if your at deer camp with your buddies I would suggest NOT wearing these! The "camo" is PINK, MINT GREEN, and a rust color. These should be for women or lady men.

Bought these for my bf, he wears them under jeans and work clothes in cold weather. He really likes them and the fitis just right, didnt shrink up on him after washing and dryer. He's 6' and very skinny if that helps anyone not sure about sizing! Looked at many different products and reviews before choosing this and pleased with quality and value.

I am always cold, even up until mid-July sometimes. These were the best fit and perfect feeling. They are warm and fit just perfectly where they need too, not too tight or loose. I bought them when they came in a three-pack and when I went to buy more, you had to buy each one separate which was a bummer but I would absolutely recommend these.
