"ENGAGER" BRK-AWAY KIT 5AH W/LED CHRG INDICATOR

The item I was buying was represented as Hopkins 20119 engager but the item I was sent was the Hopkins 20100 engager. If I had known I would not have bought. this is not the item represented and when I called I was told that the manufacture replaced the item which when I contact the manufacture I was told the still manufacture both items. I ordered it because I was in need of it so had to install. There is really nothing to keep water off the circuit board and is difficult to test the battery using the plastic test button. Have six of the 20119 on all my trailers but this one and wow

Installed new Engager Break-away kit on my 2007 24’ enclosed Trailex trailer. It replaced the same top load model originally installed. Easy swap for the old one and functioned without issue. Fortunately during our initial 750 mile tow with the new break away kit, we did not have to see it work (hope I never do). I look at it as insurance. My only criticism is it should include the self tapping screws required for install.

The item pictured is the old style box. The new Hopkins style box now has a smoked cover, and the LET'S are more difficult to see. It's still a good product, but what's pictured is NOT what you recieve.

Bought this too replace and older unit on my horse trailer. Easy to install and works as advertised.

The product received is different than the product pictured. Misleading. However, it works for now. Fairly simple replacement install.

Misrepresented product. It does not have the LED charging indicator. Called the seller the seller told me she would have to look at the picture?? Informed she would call me back , no return call.
