You get what you pay for don't let their appearance fool you these are not super high end wheels however, they come basically true with no dips and work fine for the most part. These wheels function fine out of the box and with a bit of fine-tuning which is normal for any new bike wheels (especially ones ordered from amazon) should last a while with appropriate use. Just don't expect you wont have to take them to a shop or true them up yourself if you want them perfectly true before normal use. Other than that so far so good will update if something major changes.(Note 12/2/17) The wheels have held up fine and do attract attention even without the flashy stickers but, you'll probably want to replace the freewheel after you get them if you choose to use that side. Also note these are track wheels (125mm? rear hub) and you'll need some spacers on the rear wheel to make them fit a normal frame properly.

Nice wheels to start. They seem solid, roll super smooth. The only thing is that I had to swap the front axle in order to install the front wheel. The rear wheel I had to add spacers. As other reviews said, you need to check the wheels before installing the tubes and tires since there are pieces of metal around. Over all for the price, you cant go wrong with these wheels. The bike is a 6KU Track. Hope this helps.

I installed these on my brakeless fixie, and did a skid test. It immediately slipped. The wheels look nice and come relatively trued, but the lock ring slipping is incredibly dangerous. It wasn't even necessary for them to include one, and if they wouldn't have, I'd be happy with the wheelset (sure they're heavy but they're also cheap, so fair enough), I just hope others read this review and don't trust the lockring.

The perfect solution to my fixie bike way better than the stock wheels shipped fast and came in perfectly straight didn't have to go to the local bike shop.These wheels require presta valve inner tubes 700c x28-32.Im using 700c x 28 maxxis re-fuse kevlar tires I also bought from Amazon this setup is pretty much bulletproof and dependable.I got a very good set from reading the other reviews I didnt have to sand down any sharp edges or anything they come with good quality red rim tape on the inside as well spokes are nice and tightened and wheels are true it was an easy install and go for me so 5 stars.

These look pretty slick, but a few months in the sun and the finish starts to fade, the rims turns a yellowish color.They hold up well, this is the second set of these I've had, on both sets, the spokes on the rear start breaking after about 8 months of almost daily use (10-20miles a day, riding rough city streets with the occasional curb and pothole hits). But at the price these are, seems to be a good deal.

This wheel set last me quite awhile. At first there was a problem with the free spin sprocket I took it apart and found it was missing a bearing so I added one and had no issues with it. I put a little over 2500 miles on them and finally broke a spoke the rim needs a new spoke but for the most part a good product

AWESOME!!if one word could describe these rims..some one wrote that they were heavy and cheap..the cheap part you got the right..way cheap for the price and i said earlier AWESOME RIMS!!! they re a tick heavier than my Titans but not by much oh so so close... so the weight really don`t matter..You single speed or fixie riders go get these if don`t want to spend a lot of money and on a budget like me.

Second set was set because the first was damaged badly in shipping. This new wheelset is smooth as butter and super light.Very happy now. And well worth the wait and money.
