Real Leather Messenger Bag Fits 13 Inch Laptop MacBook | Men Women Office College Satchel Cross-body Shoulder Bags

So I purchased this back in February for a trip I'm taking next week (in April). I really like the design and feel of the bag, but it has a really strong polyurethane like odor which I have been unable to get out.Let me preface this by saying that I do not like leaving negative reviews and I don't have any unusual sensitivities to bad smells.The description of the bag mentions that it's tanned with some kind of sunflower oil and there's "no bad smell", and the smell is very subtle at first, but it is a cumulative effect and it's becomes very strong. In the 2 months that I've had it, I've kept it in my garage and hung it out in the sun on nice days. The result of that is that my garage smells like polyurethane and I haven't noticed any appreciable drop in the smell.Last night, since my trip is approaching quickly, I decided to take drastic steps and I soaked it in a sink of cool water with laundry detergent and downy fragrance crystals. I left it in there for about 2 hours and when I came back to check on it, the water *stunk* and a lot of the coloring had come off of the bag. I don't care about the color, but I just thought I'd mention it, as it just seems to me that it is some kind of stain that is on there rather than the tanning that they advertised.I drained all that water off, filled it up again and this time used the detergent, downy, and oxiclean, and when I came back in another 2 hours the water was red and the bag still stunk.So I took it out of the water and hung it outside to dry and I plan on packing it in baking soda once it's dry. I hope that works, because I'll probably wind up tossing the bag if I can't make a substantial dent in the smell.If I can get it the smell under control, I'll try to review the other qualities of this bag, but if I packed this in my suitcase for my trip all of my belongings would stink when I got there...

Love the size and pockets but...leather is stiff and very heavy. Sending it back

This is replacing my canvas messenger bag that has seen better days. It is taller and narrower than the one it replaces and that's what I needed. I don't carry a full sized notebook, so this sleek, manly design is great for an Kindle or I-Pad. I like the fact that the buckles are functional, with no magnetic snap closure (which is less secure) and they feel very supple to the touch.If you tend to hoard things with bigger bags, then this will teach you to carry only what you need----it's a lesson I really need:) No need to worry that this looks dainty like a "man purse", it has a decidedly masculine look and you won't endure endless ribbing from your guy friends. My choice was this and another bag of similar design, but the women in my life all looked at the pictures and decided this one was a better look for me. Glad I listened to them, because its my new favorite thing that I've purchased for my birthday this month.

I bought myself an iPad Pro 12.9" for Christmas and got an Amazon giftcard from work. Spent the card on this bag and the iPad fits perfectly with its case. I even have the magic keyboard in there and still plenty of room leftover. The front pocket fits my Casio fx-300 calculator perfectly as well. It is nice leather. Great little bag for school or work!

Rugged and so perfect for my husband to carry his laptop back and forth a million times a day. On top of that he can even fit a bunch of folders and a notebook in the pouch. There are smaller pockets for his keys, pens, and other small misc items. Nothing gets wet when it rains even when he doesn't buckle the flap. His other leather briefcases and laptop bags all broke after a short time, but this one is built to last! Great buy, and the best birthday gift I ever gave him!

The media could not be loaded.  My husband loves this bag. He is a college student but he is an IT professional. A full grown adult man. It fits his ‘surface book pro’ laptop he bought in 2018. It’s a 12.8 or 12.9” laptop. Also fits my IPAD PRO VERY WELL! He also can fit a 8.5x11” notebook portfolio for his office meetings. It looks very professional and for that Techy guy or girl that likes quality but don’t want to pay a ton of money. He is gonna polish it to give it some luster and protect it. The inside is made of a heavy light burlap feel bag.

The leather bag was made really well. The strap and pocket buckles make the bag look masculine. I am pleased with my purchase since I am traveling over seas this bag gives me secure space to bring all my passports, maps, IPad, and daily items all in one place and securely over my shoulder. The color of the leather was a little on the orange side of brown, I bought some shoe polish so that should darken the bag some. Overall I am very pleased with the bag and the whole buying experience.

This bag is a fraud, it is NOT leather, it came in the color of ORANGE as you can see, I did put a bottle of water, a fork, my keys because a lot of people that post pictures don’t actually post things that we need to see to compare. I hope this helps, again, this bag is NOT leather, it has a FOUL oder, I hung it out in my garage & the next day the entire garage REEKED
