Top Notch and First Rate!
There are many different Bottargas coming from different countries and different fish. This is probably my favorite of all. Smooth and soft, mild, and perfect to slice up and make a sandwich out of with a baguette. Sealed in wax, it is fresh and easy to open. The outer vacuum sealed plastic ensures you get high quality stuff. I have bought it several times and highly recommend it. If you have tried Norwegian bottarga (some of the best) then this is for you.
