Underweight - otherwise ok
One is 959g and the other 961g.Not good enough quite frankly even if they are "within a 10% discrepency...Other manufactures seem capable of producing wrist and ankle weights that are accurate. If I'd wanted 960g and not 1000g...

To add a little more 'weight' to your walking routine!
I do a lot of walking - I try to do half an hour a day most days, and we have a lot of hills where we live - so it's an excellent way to keep fit. I have also had operations on both feet and my right knee because of physical issues stemming from childhood, so running is out of the question. However, I felt I needed a bit more on my walks, so bought these weights in both sizes (I have left a similar review on the heavier ones) and tend to use the lighter ones on my arms and the heavier ones on my ankles to just 'up the ante' a bit.You soon get used to wearing them. They are comfortable, fit well with no slipping (I do have quite big wrists, but my ankles are normal!) and - thankfully for this tomboy - are not garish pink in colour! During the tail-end of our unseasonably cold and wet spring, I wore them under my boots so I could even get some use out of them going up and down the stairs at work! They seem well-made - no leaks or lack of stickiness in the velcro straps so far - so all-in-all I'd say they are well-worth the money if you're looking for some entry-level ankle and/or wrist weights. Sometimes, for my arms (I do my arm exercises in front of the TV at home!) I even put both weights on at once for a greater resistance! So they are flexible enough to do quite a lot with them, and didn't cost the earth.Would definitely recommend.

Great addition for workouts. Also easy to wear all day.
I bough these to for use on my legs while exercising on a treadmill, but have found them comfortable enough to wear under cargo trousers when just generally walking. I've not found them too heavy at all (I'm a 6ft male) and have enough velcro to fit most both ankles and wrists . Difficult to know how much they're helping but they're certainly noticeable once you take them off (feels like you're floating) and they do seem to help with muscle toning.I've tried them on my wrists and don't find them too heavy and here you certainly do notice the effect on your upper arm muscles, but I'm looking at getting a pair of weighted gloves so I can continue using these on my legs.Construction wise they seem very tough and well made. Materials are good with fabric being soft and comfortable yet looks likes it should wear well. The only question is how long the velcro will last (i've found that eventually it loses it's stickiness), but that's a limitation of velcro and not this product.

Ok for what I need them for...
These are much bulkier than I expected. They are fine for my knee strengthening exercises but I wouldn't want to wear them out walking or running, and I think they would certainly be too big to put on your wrists.I do find them quite scratchy so you need to ensure you have socks or leggings underneath the weights.

Not correct weight
Not correct weight doesn't hold well on wrist or ankle so uncomfortable on plus side material seems it would last

Wrist/Ankle weights 2 x 1Kg.
At the moment I have an exercise routine that involves a cross trainer and lifting dumbells (2 x 4.5 Kg). I wanted to increase the load without having to fork out for more dumbells. These certainly make a big difference, I could really feel it as soon as I put them on. They are fastened with velcro and will fit fairly small wrists (which mine are). It is possible to fasten them tight enough that they don't slip about. The material does absorb some sweat, but I dry them after use by laying them flat.As always, be careful that you don't strain anything (particularly your back) when using. I found that I really had to tense my stomach muscles when lifting weights with these on.Overall, a good product and recommended.

Well made and easy to use.
The binding is sturdy and well- sewn, unlike some other, cheaper ones I have bought, which leaked sand. The Velcro goes right along the strap, so you can tighten it for skinny wrists or loosen it for ankles. It really grips well too.

Mad neo ankle weights pair
Trying some new in 2021 lockdown. Walk with these weights on is slightly harder than I expected, walk my first 4 km, got there-took them off on the way back, to much hard work!!Easy to put on and take off. I have seen somewhere, walking is better with some weights on you. That bit is true, back got vet sweaty. Do work so I am off out.
