Worked well and fit okay.
Needed to cut the connector off that was attached to the old motor. (previous motor had a plug in connector - new one has just two wrires) Stripped and connected the wires with the wire nuts provided. Lengthened and connected the ground wire from the old connector to the new motor with one of the extr screws provided. Complete job took a little over an hour. No directions provided but it was reasonably obvious what to do. Shipping was quick and packaging was good.

Perfect fit!
Perfect fit, economical, relatively easy installation. To make it easier on me, I cut and spliced the original connector to the two wires on new motor - pretty simple! This was for my mom's '92 Whirlpool side-by-side unit....tremendously cheaper than a new refrigerator /freezer!

Replaced old fan motor in Amana fridge
This was an easy replacement following the video on youtube from Part Select channel.Required splicing of existing wires as original fan motor was a plug. I had 2 white, 2 blue, 1 green on my OEM Amana fridge motor wiring harness. The new motor has only 2 black wires. I wire nutted 2 blue to 1 black and 2 white to 1 black. The original green ground wire I left unwired since the new motor has no ground, and my fan does not have rubber mounts so it is not necessary. .
