Perfect fit for boat vent
Buying direct replacement parts for old boats not easy. Fortunately this was a direct replacement for the prior fan and required very little fiddling to replace.That company no longer exists or was merged at some point.It is more quiet than the old one.

Easy to install
Bought a vintage boat with no blower. This was a perfect fit over existing duct work.

Good blower, akward to install
I had to drill all new holes to replace the existing blower, but if it lasts the 45 years like the last one did it's a real bargain. Due to the way the mounting flange is constructed it's a little difficult and tight to get to two of the mounting screws. I wish the wires were a little longer which would have avoided an additional splice. Bottom line, once installed it works well.

Easy installation and has been reliable
Just installed on a sailboat with gas motor and it really moves a lot of air out of bilge compartment. Quieter than old one it replaced too. Easy installation and has been reliable.

Louder than expected. When you turn it off the fan makes noise until coming to a complete stop.

Bilge blower
I purchased this item to remove excess heat from the engine compartment of my 1955 GMC first series truck.I installed a big block engine and the engine compartment just isn't large enough to let heat escape. I had a regular in line bilge pump, but it made way to much noise and really couldn't handle the volume of air movement I needed. It wasn't a bad pump, it just wasn't big enough. I really haven't driven the truck in stop and go traffic at this point but I'm certainly getting much more volume of air and you can't hear this pump run.
