Packing Cube with Additional Advantages
I travel frequently and have recently became a fan of packing cubes, or at least putting everything in one large packing cube to keep clothes in a stable place in my suitcase. Cinch straps are great, but a packing cube really keeps things stable and prevents movement. The Flight 001 Spacepak differentiates itself from other packing cubes with 2 features: first, there are one-way valves in the bag that allow for some degree of compression (not as good as a compression bag, but this isn't that) and second, there's a separate space on the opposite side for dirty laundry. I was skeptical of this bag's ability to compress, both clean and dirty, and I'm happy to report that I'm wrong and it does a really good job. Finally, if you had to carry clothes in something other than a suitcase with cinch straps (duffel, backpack), this should keep clothes in decent shape.Happy and safe travels!

Don't waste your money - no better than normal packing cubes
So I guess I'm going to be the first one to go on record at Amazon as saying these things are a huge waste of money. The videos make them look amazing, and I naively assumed that the vents on the side that let the air out as you're compressing were one way, such that once you had compressed it, it would stay compressed. That would have made them worth the extra money. But the vents aren't one way, so as soon as you finish sitting on it to get it closed, it expands right up again as far as it possibly can without bursting. So much for compressing anything. But wait, you may say, I saw the guy put an 12-inch stack of clothes in a 4-inch bag. Guess what? You could do the same thing with any flexible zipper bag (packing cubes), like the ones from eBags for 1/4 of the price ($45 for 1 vs 3 for $30). In fact, I did exactly that. When I purchased the Spacepak (both Clothes and Underwear versions), I also bought a mixed set of eBags Packing Cubes. It turns out that the "Underwear" Spacepak is exactly the same dimensions as the medium size packing cube, and guess what? I was able to get the same huge stack of clothes into both the eBags Packing Cube and the Spacepak. No difference really; the mesh areas of the eBags Packing Cubes let the air out (as you sit on it) just like the vents on the Spacepak. It's also worth noting that the Spacepaks do not work miracles; I tried putting a stack of fleece jackets into the "Clothes" one (probably about the same height as the stack of clothes he puts into his bag in the videos), and there was no way it was going to "compress" and close. I even called the company to see if there was a trick, and there wasn't. Apparently fleece isn't very compressible. The *only* upside to these bags, an advantage that might be worth a dollar or two, is the fact that it is divided into two compartments, one for clean and one for dirty. But I can get 4 eBags Packing Cubes for the price of one two-compartment Spacepak, so I'm just going to have one normal packing cube for clean and one for dirty, and save myself 50% of the cost of a Spacepak. It's worth noting that the Spacepaks only come in a couple of colors for each size (and the different sizes use different sets of colors) which means that color coding packing cubes by family member is not an option if there more than two of you. Other packing cubes come in a dozen different color choices. In reality, the product is probably deserving of 3 stars, but I felt really ripped off, so I knocked it down to one star. Hope this review saves someone else from wasting money on these.

OMG - I absolutely love the Spacepak
OMG - I absolutely love the Spacepak. It delivers exactly as promised - keeps cloths organized - keeps dirty laundry separate. I fit a week's worth of clothes in a carry-on - great product!! I also bought the underwear size and the toiletry bag. Everything fit in one small suitcase. Each of these spacepaks come in a zipper bag made out of the same material that are also very useful and also fit into the carry on. Best purchase ever!!

Great for efficient packing!
My husband had a set of these (the really nice ones) and got me a less expensive set for our last trip. His we're way better! I ordered this piece as a gift for him and he loves it. They really are great for saving space and staying organized when packing a suitcase.

Saves SO much space
This helps me get organized and I LOVE IT. I find it easier to unpack when I'm done with my travels as you have the clean clothes on one side and the dirty on the other. I fit this into my 19" carry-on with little room to spare but can still add two pairs of shoes, a toiletries bag, and a curling iron without risking not being able to close the thing. Highly recommend for travels!
