Nice and sturdy. I ordered 2 sets. They came perfect. I washed in dishwasher and heated dry. No cracks or chips. They sometimes look a little purple tint. I ordered the gray set.

This set is beautiful. We searched for a long time trying to find a replacement for our old set. Dont let the color "white" dissuade you the colors are soft blues and so appealing. They arent as heavy as our old plates which i prefer but seem solid and durable thus far. They fit nicely in the cabinet (one set we returned didnt even fit std cabinet size). We ended up buying a 3rd set for replacements as we like them that much. Only draw back is mugs...wish there was an option to not included as we have espresso cups we use so ended up giving the mugs away. But all in all decent price for a nice set of dishes, highly recommended.

Love this set. We purchased 2 of them. However 2 plates have defects in color that wasn’t checked, and at 1st glance it looks chipped as well as 1 one mug. I’m wondering if we could get the 3 pieces replaced. Wish they would do a better job at quality check when packaging them.

I love this set. The mugs are a great size with a comfortable handle. The mosaic design matches my kitchen perfectly . The dinner plates are slightly larger than the standard ones, which I like . I just wish there were accessory pieces available like a large bowl or matching platter.

Received my order today it is a very nice set I am happy with the dishes themselves however, one of the plates where broken in half. I am trying to get a replacement dish but it seems like gibson is not answering their phone so I have to leave a msg. and wait for them to contact me back which is very very poor customer service.Update 11/3/20 My broken dish was replaced within 4 days I am very happy with that. The dishes themselves are great. The bowls are deep and wide the hold quite a bit. The dinner plates are so big we could fit our old plates inside them. The edge on the plates is very handy for scooping up runaway peas. They are quite heavy though. The coffee cups are very sold and easy to handle. All in all we love this set and are very satisfied with the dishes and how fast our replacement was processed.

My dishes arrived & they were packaged very carefully, but upon checking the dinner plates there was a small chip on the underside of the edge. I contacted Gibson customer service & spoke with Evelyn. She told me to send an email along with a few pictures of the damaged plate. The very next day she responded & said the warehouse team will process my request. The following day she emailed me with the FedEx tracking #. The new dinner plate arrived today & it is perfect. It’s so unusual these days to first of all get to talk to a human being & then the follow up was excellent. Very satisfied & will definitely look to purchase again from this Company
